Wonderful trip through the Ionian Isles. We

The admin and set up for the tour was great. We loved Vietnam and the people, particularly Hoi An area.
However, the bikes provided were not as promised. We requested and paid for ebikes. On the hottest, worst day we got standard 5 speed bikes...but not all the gears worked and it was such a slog. Some of the ebikes in the south were terrible and"jumped" if you were going fast enough, which was difficult through the neighbourhoods of the Mekong Delta. I tried turning the power off but everytime I did, the chain came off. After the first day of extreme frustration I was given a different ebike the next day and that was a big improvement. The time on the boat was disappointing: the junk was nothing like we pictured. We spent too much time transferring for our junk to one or two smaller boats and they were not comfortably set up. The time transferring on the buses was too long. I would not recommend this trip. Our guides were exceptional and resorts were beautiful but we had so little time to enjoy them. We were at the resorts because the Mekong Delta boat section was cancelled because the boat company went out of business. They provided other shorter boat tours which I didn't particularly think were good value...would rather have spent more time enjoying the peace and quiet of the resorts.
Finally, for us, a group bike riding trip (this was our first) does not suit us. Eating at long tables in noisy restaurants did not suit us either. We had some good times for sure and enjoyed most of the people but we are self-guided riders from here on in.

What a great tour! From the beautiful ship, perfect weather, wonderful meals, exceptional guides & crew, we couldn’t have had a better experience.

The boat, Andela Lora was beautiful and well kept. The food was delicious. Our guides were well versed and entertaining. Even the weather was cooperative. The bike routes were well planned and scenic. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Our guides were the best! Chryssa and Thespina went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rest of the crew and captain made sure we were well taken care of. Many thanks.

Die Radreise durch Südalbanien war ausgezeichnet. Mit Julien hatten wir einen exzellenten Guide! Organisation und Durchführung bleiben in bester Erinnerung. Nette, kleine, internationale Gruppe. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

I honestly hand on heart had the BEST adventure holiday on the UNESCO Cycling Albania tour booked via Inselhuepfen.
Albania is the most wonderful destination and our guide Dritan and support vehicle/bike mechanic, Artan, were fabulous professionals, highly motivated for our enjoyment and safety. The food was also very good offering such fresh, tasty and healthy food - often whole fish from the lakes nearby. The scenery and experience was just nothing i could have imagined coming from Australia and the city of Tirana was just wow wow WOW with fabulous new buildings, great cultural experiences and more trendy bars and restaurants than you could visit in a year. My 2 favourite places were Gjirokaster for culture and the magnificent castle and the Himare for the beach. The cycling day where we followed the Vjosa River between Erseke and Permet (SH75) was everyone's favourite. The mountain scenery is just breathtaking and the 60km ride was the best of the trip.
Let me put it this way, I will sign up to do the 14 day Balkans cycling trip with the same Albanian group next time I'm in EU. Photos on FB.

Generally
1. The guides Silvia and Licia were fabulous
2. The chosen route was great.
3. The bikes were first class.
4. The captain and crew were lovely to deal with and helpful.
5. The food was good and the wine excellent.
6. The cabin was spacious with plenty of storage.
Points to note
1. Cycling group too big at 31- should have been 15 and 16 with the two guides and a guest as sweeps with guides mobile no in case they get lost.
2. Grade cyclists and make sure they are crystal clear on bike fit, power assist levels and the gears.
3. Explain to all how to cycle down sloping gravel/stone paths.
4. Smell of urine/ stale water in cabin bathroom from start of stay right through.
5. Cabins should be cleaned daily.
6. Dedicated and staffed bar – not an honour bar. On a previous trip with a dedicated bar the interaction with guests was much better.

Simplement merveilleux. Équipage et guides agréables et toujours souriants. Circuits de vélo avec des vues à couper le souffle. La nourriture excellente.

The guides, Nam and Hoang, were rock stars! They were knowledgeable, efficient, and so patient.

Having enjoyed several Islandhopping trips in the past when The Colours of India Pilot was listed we had no hesitation signing us. The trip consists of two different halves. The Northern half combined visits to two bucket list sites (Jaipur and Agra) with some smaller less visited sites. Distances limited the number of rides but these gave an insight into village life in Northern India and included a world renowned tranquil bird sanctuary. The Southern half was a more typical Islandhopping adventure with several rides through the rural backwaters and cruising on a houseboat. Being a small group and travelling on bicycles enabled us to engage with local communities resulting in several spontaneous alterations to the trip including being invited to a wedding lunch and singing songs in a primary school! All in all the programme was very full but there is great potential to fine tune the trip. Traffic in India is best described as interesting, but most of the cycle routes were on very quite roads although there were a few short spells on more major ones. As such would recommend only confident cyclists take part. The trip gave us a great overall impression of the vast contrasts in India and I would happily recommend the trip.

The Colours of India Pilot Tour was a biking adventure filled with heart and soul of cultural immersion. With experienced guides, we were welcomed by locals when peddling through farming and fishing villages; stopping spontaneously for celebrations, harvestings and natural beauty. We experienced everyday life with kids in school, were awed by temples, and invited into friendly homes. Exploring off the beaten track, locals were as intrigued by us, as we were with them.

The pilot tour was well coordinated. At times, it was quite ambitious. With great potential, in its final form, we highly recommend The Colours of India Tour, where horns beep, “Hello I’m here.” rather than “Get out of the way.”

1 Woche mit Inselhüpfen auf den Liparischen Inseln Siziliens! Ein fantastisches Erlebnis geführt von einer kompetenten, professionnellen und aufmerksamen Crew in einem sehr angenehmen familiären Rahmen. Die Unterkunft auf der Sundial war gemütlich und die regionale Küche von Vanessa vorzüglich und abwechslungsreich! Das interessante Progamm wurde wettergemäss und flexibel gestaltet, immer darauf bedacht, uns Passagieren gerecht zu werden. Wandern, Sprung ins Meer und schwimmen direkt vom Schiff aus oder in kleinen Buchten, Bootsüberfahrten, Radtouren und Spaziergänge durch kleine Inseldörfer, es fehlte nicht an Abwechslung. Und wir waren immer begleitet von einer diskreten, freundlichen und positiv eingestellten Schiffsbesatzung!

Wonderful experience all the way around. We traveled on the Bellezza Superior class boat and wow, it was beautiful! The crew, guides, captain and chef were all excellent. The food was amazing every single day. We loved all the islands and cities on the Dalmatia Highlights Plus tour. The bike tours were the perfect length and we had time to explore on our own at almost every destination. The e-bikes were nice and comfortable with plenty of power.

Our only complaint was the hot tub was never on. If we wanted to use it, we had to ask in the morning for it to be turned on so it could be somewhat warm by late evening. Due to this, it was only used twice during a week long trip.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Die beiden Reiseführerinnen, Frau Esther und vor allem Frau Giota, welch Letztere fließend Deutsch sprach, möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Überdies war auch das Radfahrprogramm sehr gut ausgewählt. Wir haben daher beschlossen, nächstes Jahr die ionischen Inseln zu machen.

This trip was one of the best I’m taken with B&B and I give all the credit to the boat, crew, and most of all the guides, August and Emma. These guides are knowledgeable and detail oriented about the islands we visited and made sure everyone on the trip was having a good time while riding safe.
I would recommend this trip to anyone interested.

My husband and I along w/ 2 of our friends traveled w/ island hopping bike and sail to Croatia. We had a fabulous time. We were immediately greeted by a tour guide and everyday was very well planned out with constant communication.
The daily biking was challenging with options for more assistance on E-bikes and absolutely beautiful. Special tours were added to our break and each of them were unique and well worth it. The daily schedule also allowed for plenty of time to enjoy rest or enjoy the island in whatever way you choose.
Our boat “Princessa Diana” was beautiful and cabins were adequate and spacious for a boat this size. The food was amazing, flavorful and great variety everyday (I had vegetarian option) and more than enough.
All the staff were sooo friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this trip to anyone considering it.

Excellent guides that were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable. The locations we went to gave an excellent cross section of Croatia and very appropriate for the group setting.
