I recently had an outstanding experience with Ink Experts that I felt compelled to share. As a beginner in the world of sublimation, I had countless questions and concerns. From the moment I reached out, Alex at Ink Experts, demonstrated remarkable patience and expertise.

Alex was truly exceptional. He answered all my questions thoroughly, no matter how basic or repetitive they might have seemed. His knowledge and willingness to help were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and understood.

What impressed me the most was Alex's dedication to ensuring I was comfortable and confident with my choices. He guided me through the entire process, addressing my needs and preferences, and eventually put my order through with great care and attention to detail.

The customer service at Ink Experts is top-notch. They go above and beyond to assist their customers, and my experience was no exception. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of sublimation products, whether you're a novice like me or an experienced user. Thank you, Alex and the Ink Experts team, for your outstanding support and service!

Recently got their head cleaning fluid for my converted Epson printhead and it gave me a worst clog than I had, my both white channel literally clogged up totally.

I didn’t leave it in for 24hrs… can only imagine what would have happened if i did

I injected it and left it for about 30 minds then did a head cleaning immediately only to come back the next day with a full clog

I found the Ink Experts website to be very user friendly and I soon found a heat press to suit my needs (and pocket) as a relative beginner to sublimation.
Then of course there was the added bonus of a very fast, well packaged delivery!

Super service, delivered quickly, packaged really well. Enjoying the learning curve using my new equipment at the age of 71!

Perfect service as always, rapid delivery appreciated.

Very pleased with the Epson Ecotank ET1810 and the excellent customer service I received from Alex and Christian at Inkexperts

I'm getting back into dye sub after more than 15 years. My old printer has been sitting on a shelf all that time. I ordered an ex demo eco tank on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. The refill bottles are a revelation!
My, how things have changed!
Super service so far and I will be back for more ink and supplies.
