What more could you want from a company?? Really helpful gentleman on the phone when i called (a few times), great communication, really reasonable prices, excellent product, clear website and ridiculously fast turn around. It's a winner for me! I placed an order on the site yesterday afternoon and it was in my hand ready for me to use by 12pm today!.... I ordered 1 x A3 UV DTF sheet to start and a UV DTF cmyk colour chart so i can see exactly how the colours look and know the exact colour codes to use in my future designs. I would definitely recommend it for £10/£15 to have the chart in your hands so you never have to worry and actually seeing all the colours and how vibrant they are is inspiring! The other A3 gangsheet was of my standard logos and that came out perfectly. Thank you very much. I will be ordering again very soon and definitely recommending your service.

Great transfers once you get the settings right!
EDIT! Amending my review as I think it was an issue on my behalf, as I needed to dial in my press a bit better for these transfers, I'm really sorry for jumping the gun and appreciate your response. I did have some designs peeling away from the sheet when delivered, hence why I've kept it at 4 stars, but I have raised this with the support team :-) I think they'd still press fine, just concerned on longevity of the print. Definitely check out their "DTF Instructions" segment, as it's a longer pressing time than I'm used to.

We’re sorry to read this and we’d genuinely like the chance to look into it and help.
A couple of points to clarify:
We haven’t received any email, message, or support request from you about this order, so we’ve had no opportunity to review the file, confirm sizing, or troubleshoot application.
We’re also a little confused because on 29 January (under the name “Lizzy Etc”) a 5-star review was left stating: “Absolutely excellent service… Will be purchasing again!” If something has changed since then, we’d really appreciate the chance to understand what happened and put it right.
We’ve fulfilled 17,000+ orders, and the vast majority of customers get excellent results when the correct temperature, time, pressure and garment type are used. If a transfer feels heavier than expected, takes longer to apply, or creases when stretched, that can often be linked to press variables (platen temp accuracy/pressure/dwell time) and the material being pressed.
Regarding the gang sheet spacing: our Auto Nest tool is designed to maximise space and may place designs very close together. If you need room to cut between items, we recommend adding extra spacing.
Please contact us with your order number, your press settings (time/temp/pressure), the garment type, and ideally a photo/video of the result. We’ll investigate properly and, if there’s an issue on our side, we will of course resolve it.
Terrible quality, communication and Customer Service.
We ordered a gang sheet with 6 prints for a funeral, when the prints arrived and we took them out the box, two of them had letters which immediately fell off. We contacted DTF Now and they said they would reprint and send next day, never heard another word, no new prints arrived, had to attend the funeral with two incomplete prints.
Made contact with DTF now and were advised "The team were told to do it and they would I investigate" not heard another word, very unprofessional company, poor quality and do not care about customer services, I would highly recommend you do not rely on them for anything important, and of something goes wrong, you are on your own. You have been warned.

We are sorry to read this, as it does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
Your order was placed on 18 February 2026 at 14:53 and was printed and dispatched the same day and item was delivered on 19-02-2026, which reflects the fast turnaround and service standards we work hard to maintain for all customers. We were first contacted about this issue on the evening of 24 February, several days after delivery. As these transfers were needed for an important event, we would always encourage customers to let us know of any concerns as soon as possible so we have the best chance of resolving them in time.
From the information and images provided, it appeared the issue occurred after the sheet had been handled and cut, rather than being a production fault as our staff would notice such an error and reprint on the day. Even so, as part of our commitment to customer service, we did request a reprint as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, due to an unusually high order volume, that reprint was not processed in time, and we fully accept that our follow-up should have been better. This was an isolated lapse, not the standard of care we are known for. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, fast dispatch, and willingness to help even when issues are not production-related, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure this does not happen again.
We genuinely regret the disappointment caused.

Really Well Worth It
I had previousl ordered UV DTF designs from a very well known chinese shopping site. When i tried to use them they weren't really great quality so I thought i would give UV DTF a miss. Then I got an ordered that I really needed them for so I reluctantly tried DTF Now thinking that it would be the same poor quality. I couldn't have been further wrong. Yes they are more expensive than going Chinese however the turn around was really fast even to get to Northern Ireland. The came fantastically well package (No change of damage in those tubes). And when i took the gang sheet out of the tube there was really no comparison you could easily tell the difference in quality.
I have only tried a couple out to test and they look and feel brillant. I had no issues with applying and the were clean and precise. I will happilly use again when needed

Rapid turn round, only let down by Royal Mail
Ordered and shipped the same day. Royal mail thought delivery was optional! When I did get them the prints they looked great and applied easily.

Sublimation Order
I placed an order for A4 sublimation sheets and this came out lovely. Only thing is that I had to check the heat temperature to apply as the guide on their site doesn't work for all heat press.
A requested change to my order was acknowledged but still got same ratio initially ordered but above all, I am satisfied.

TV Show Costume department use
Working as part of a costume team for a TV show we have had to create many graphic t-shirts, trousers and other outfits so we needed great quality, budget friendly and fast turnaround and DTF Now have been fantastic. We have done well over 20 orders with them and each time the quality has been superb and has arrived very quickly. The website is very easy to navigate and the page builder is really easy to use - even the less technical members of the team were able to use without aid! We will definitely be using DTF Now again on other productions in the future.
