Any one wanting to purchase a sublimation printer your first stop should be Ink Experts

Really good service -- more than Happy ..

I bought the basic bundle for mug printing and I am absolutely delighted. The print quality is stunning and the online resources are excellent.

Ink Experts are the experts. They’ve done years of research to find the best inks, machines and techniques. Don’t try to save a fiver buying on eBay, this is full moneysworth value right here. It does take some time and patience and the odd bad print but once you get the hang of it you’ll be over the moon. 5 stars with no hesitation.

Can’t fault this company, from ordering to delivery, absolutely fantastic. The videos are helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Always a great shopping experience with Ink experts. Fast dispatch and delivery of quality products. The after sales customer service is amazing. I cannot fault them at all. Very helpful and care about their products and services.

Just received my second DTF sheet from Ink Experts. Ordering to finished shirts in under 24hrs, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Alex. I can't praise Ink Experts enough in this respect. But what about the DTF prints themselves? The instructions to create artwork are comprehensive and clear, as are the pressing instructions. They are spot on colourwise. This second batch matched the first exactly as well, so there is consistency. No imperfections or quality issues that I can see. They press beautifully and easily, and look amazing. I am so impressed, and so happy with the results. I will be ordering more, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having been a Sawgrass user for many years, but unhappy with their recent software changes and inconsistent colours, I decided to look for an alternate sublimation solution.
I've known about InkExperts and bought a Epson ET-18100 setup which from the outset produced better colours and tonal range.
Support has been good (had a hardware issue but this was quickly resolved) and we are now enjoying better results, reduced running costs and are likely to purchase a second unit in the not too distant future.

Excellent service with very quick turnaround.

I purchased sublimation ink, paper and an ICC profile. I am useless at IT and did not know were to start with ICC profile. I sent an email asking for help, within the hour I was exchanging emails and with the amazing help from Alex, I was all set up and printing. Quality is stunning. Thank you so much for your expert help.

Fantastic service - I have both a swing press and a tumbler press from them now and both are great. Plus with buying accessories etc every order has been incredibly quick. When I have needed some help to match colours or had enquiries before I've ordered products, they have always been extremely speedy to reply & very helpful. Absolute bonus that their machines come in hot pink! Thank you so much.

I bought a sublimation package from these guys, thinking it was going to be easy to start sublimating, with no prior experience. Needless to say I ran into a few issues (all my own fault). I tried everything I could from YouTube vids and suggestions from Facebook groups etc. Nothing worked.
So I reached out the the Ink Experts team for some help and boy they are the experts.
The team took the time to go through my setup and explained what I had mistakenly done, gave me the correct procedure and made a suggestion on the mug press I was using, stating that could be an issue because I can't adjust the pressure or heat. So I took that advice and bought a dedicated mug press. and after wasting loads of mugs and wasting time I can now finally successfully print and press my designs all because of the outstanding help and customer from the INK EXPERTS. I am impressed with the complete service I have received from start to finish and I will be back for more products in the future.

My Whole Ink Journey has been looked after by Alex at Ink Experts from initial advice pre purchase to help when i couldn’t get it right! And help with setting up the correct software to achieve the perfect results. These guys go above and beyond and have excellent customer service i certainly wont go anywhere else a now and would highly recommend then to anyone thinking about starting a sublimation journey or even changing it as i did. Thank you guys and special thank you to Alex.

Love this company. Fast turn around answer any emails I send regarding queries. Good quality products.

I ordered the wrong thing, but they allowed me to return the item and refunded me very promptly. Excellent customer service.

The transfers were delivered in time, however the quality wasn't the greatest.

When removing the backing off most the transfers half the image or certain parts of the image would remain on the transfer sheet and the rest would be stuck to the release sheet, this meant i had many transfers which couldn't be used & ended up being a waste of money & time. Also many of the items which needed printing were damaged due to the poor quality of the transfer.
Some were okay but overall i was massively unhappy with what was received.

I also noticed that on some of the transfers the colour appeared to be faded & look different to the artwork, however other transfers with the same design seemed to appear more vibrant.

Overall the UV transfers weren't the best & id probably not use this supplier for this specific transfer moving forward.

I was nervous starting on the sublimination journey, but ink experts made it so easy to set up.
From the inks to the ICC files it did nt take long and the videos helped perfectly.
I took some notes of my own but I always do that.
Excellent job !
