Ordered the phone on Monday received it Tuesday. Just the phone mind, exactly as stated. No box, no man draw crap, just the handset, exactly as described and ready to rock.

iPhone 8s plus went in website agreed to sell it printed posting label sent phone off no issues. Phone was looked at slight damage revised price given replied back to them with a different price they agreed sold phone money in account I would happily sell another phone to this company spot on

Easy to use throughout. Printed off own label, sent it next day and received a message the same day to say phone had been received and that checks were being done. Received another message next day to say payment was in my bank. I would use this company again.

Great company very professional and quick service

Decent refurb but doesn't charge with unless it's place on a charging pad. No issues with the working of the phone in general.

I needed a mobile replacement quickly and was very happy with I Need A Mobile, I chose, ordered and in a couple of days it had been delivered. A nice reconditioned mobile which was like new.

Very disappointed with the price paid of £10- instead of the £18 offer price due to "scratches".

The phone had NO scratches on it when posted to this company. Either my eyesight is extremely poor (which it isn't) and I did not see the "scratches" or this price reduction was done to ensure I sent them the phone rather than to another company.
It's only a small amount of money but it's the principle that I object to.

Will not be recommending this company nor using them again.
