I purchased the cancer pendant and topaz birthstone necklace to make a personalised piece for my little ones. I truly love them and it's so nice to wear something that means so much to me. I get lots of compliments every time I wear them. I've had a lot of interactions with their customer service team and they're a bunch of lovely aussie mums which is awesome too!

I’ve been buying from this company for a few years now and I’m always happy with my purchases. I’ve picked up pieces for everyday wear as well as for work, and I still wear every single one-they’ve all held up beautifully. And I’m not exactly gentle with my jewellery, so that says a lot about the quality.
My most recent buy was the Libra necklace, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. One little detail really stood out to me-there’s a small stopper next to the pendant that keeps it from sliding around. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference if you wear necklaces often. I didn’t have turned clasps showing at the front.
Customer service is fantastic. I also recently ordered a pair of turquoise earrings and wanted a specific colour-more green than blue. They actually sent me photos of different pairs and helped me pick the exact one I wanted. You just don’t get that level of personal service these days, especially at reasonable prices.
Every order I got arrived nicely packaged, and the handwritten note inside was a thoughtful touch. It shows how much they care about their customers. I’ve never had a bad experience, and I’ll keep going back. Highly recommend!

What can I say? The necklace ordered from indie and Harper was absolutely divine! It was a gift for my mum and she loved it! She was born in June and loves pearls, so the pearl necklace was the perfect present for her. I will come back to indie and Harper for all my birthday presents from now on :) and the shipping was super quick and it arrived packaged in a sweet little box and was so pretty. Thank you :)

I've purchased several pieces from Indie and Harper and have loved every one. I wear most of my jewellery every day in the shower and everything and they're still in amazing condition. If I ever have a question the customer service is very quick to reply and always so kind and lovely.

What a nightmare...
Firstly, any other company anywhere after having experienced even with 1 of these issues would do some kind of gesture of apology or goodwill a long time ago especially after i explained personal situation being my 1 purchase for me for the year!!!! 🤯
Having to spend a stupid amount just to get free shipping because otherwise is exorbitant amount to New Zealand, not across the world. Most companies have much lower minimum then they don't consider exchsnge rate on top.🥺 JOKE....THEN 3 items of 5 the other two 1 actually is ok. But looks nothing like pictures. devastated and not feeling resolved at all...but I think by acting so silly about it have pushed me to just give up, usual MO of a store who don't take care of customers. Which considering their ethos is shocking.😱😭
1. First ring- within 3 hours I look down the Stone is gone...really?
2. Bracelet has multiple crooked links in chain, breaking, of course as it snags and me having to go over whole thing tweezing together.
3. "Free gift" for spending a certain amount goes black within hours. So gift is binned.
*I got a replacement for "said ring" but you would think that would be embarrassing enough that you would maybe credit me I could get something better.
I hate the replacement because they wouldn't help just a little and I'm an ill person whose money goes all to help slow the progression (explained in depth to them) saved up for this over the year, when I saw the one ring I wanted but as above "shipping" came into play.
I fixed the bracelet as had already gone through the ring ordeal, had to get a ring adjuster as no rings in my size available for the price.
But wouldn't budge on that and still had to pay the difference of $4.16 or something ridiculous. Yes me. I didn't have a cent to my name as per this purchase and each thing happened seperately otherwise would of sent it all back at once. Gone elsewhere. Biggest regret...and had big sales on but just couldn't send what I actually wanted? No...in my size too!
Then when the free gift goes black, I realise that just the one ring I actually wanted, but is the worst cut of moonstone so no moonstone inflections like pictured and is tiny. Especially for cost. I've been royally duped.
Gave up.
So when I say "I want to send it all back" remember this is all happening within days of opening on Christmas for myself or a few weeks overall.
Questions what i wanted to send back and "we can't do this we can't do that"!... You should be saying "hey since your entire order" "the only thing" you got for your birthday and Christmas that isn't health related.
Please choose a peice of your choice or "here is a "decent" credit and free shipping!!!
So thats me for the year. Wicked! Thanks Indie and Harper! YOU EVEN HAVE PEICES YOU DONATE TO AWARENESS GROUPS BUT I GET THIS? THATS SO BACKARDS...they knew what I really wanted, what i suffer from too, the whole time too. Real cherry on cake.
Every item had an issue, I take excellent care of my things as never get anything, as again I'm sick and not the good kind 🕷So all money goes to that. Felt bad enough giving myself a treat and is all in my cupboard or bin (no stone, black gold necklace) as feels tainted, full of negative energy, The one thing I can wear that is...
Really disappointed out of all the places I went here because I loved what they stood for and do for the community etc...need I say more. Broke & Heartbroken.
So wish I could take it all back. But cost of postage to them I dont have or should pay for, as i have to pay for that too yeah!, why would you want it back?
Plus don't get me started on the packaging they rave about. Everything was shoved into two boxes. 5 things...replacement from memory not even that. Plastic baggie...
So upset. Hope noone goes through this and have been polite and communicated allllll the way.

Poor quality! The crystal pendant was scratched and the ring was supposed to be gold, but has now completely discoloured and is silver.

I have been ordering from Indie and Harper for over six years now. I buy for myself and family and friends and have continued to order from them since moving back to NZ as well, and have just received my newest ring this morning. I will ALWAYS buy my jewelry from Indie and Harper, the quality and service are always AMAZING.

Received a labradorite flower ring and it is gorgeous with a gorgeous flashy teardrop shape labradorite stone with shades of blues. Good quality I would definitely buy from here again!

My beautiful rings arrived today and I love them both !!!...they looked lovely in the photographs and even more stunning in reality...very fast shipping too which is an added bonus and really gorgeous packaging

I've ordered from Indie and Harper 3 times now and have been extremely happy every time, I am quite shocked to see the negative reviews around as I have nothing but good things to say about them. The rings and necklaces I have bought from them are just gorgeous (dainty and small, but that's what I wanted.) The quality is excellent so far and nothing has pitted or tarnished, even the items I've had for years now. Shipping has always been super fast, (only one day on my most recent order!) And the cherry on top is the sweet hand-written note, which makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be back to buy from them again.

One month to ship from Australia to New Zealand. Product photos are misleading in size and style. Overpriced. Up to 40% off sale shows zero products at 40% off. Complained via messenger, was told to complain via email instead. Selling products made by other small companies, go direct instead.

Be very careful to read the size descriptions. The pendants I received were TINY and I think the photos are misleading. One was a completely different colour and probably cost them about 5c. junk. shipping was extremely quick and some of the earrings were ok so I keep 2 stars. also call me "hun" and "lovely" in correspondence which is so condescending and unprofessional.

Brought a moonstone ring and absolutely loved it! The moonstone was so big and bold! Also arrived very quickly with beautiful packaging!

I have waited quite a while to received my package to Slovenia. Considering THE situation with COVID related delays, this was to be expected. When my package did arrive, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the opal earings that I ordered.
What pleased me the most in the end, was the hand-written note that arrived with my package.
