I’ve shopped with Indie and Harper multiple times and not only are the products gorgeous, fantastic quality and do NOT turn your hands green- the returns and exchange service is the absolute BEST I’ve ever encountered. My liaison with Cathy via email were pleasant, simple and I recently had exchanged sizes that were processed and sent back to me VIC to SA within TWO days!? I couldn’t believe it. I recommend this brand HIGHLY.

After I purchased the birthstone necklaces, I emailed with a question which was answered quickly. The postage was easy to track and was really quick. The necklaces are just lovely! They came in lovely boxes, and sustainable organic cotton pouches which makes them perfect for a gift. There is even a handwritten thank you note.

I purchased the amethyst pendant with chain in silver for Mother’s Day. Express shipping was quick. I was abit disappointed in how tiny the pendant was. It’s misleading from the picture and I couldn’t find any mention of its size on the website.

I ordered a blue sapphire ring and while i understand gemstones can vary, The sapphire ring i recieved was no where near anything like the photo online. The photo online is a bright royal blue and almost crystal like and the stone I recieved was literally grey and cracks through it. Maybe they should include photos of just how much these stones can vary and not look blue at all as advertised because Im so disappointed considering all the great reviews I read before purchasing.

These necklaces are just gorgeous, my granddaughters are going to love them. So sweet! Definitely recommend them.
