I ordered an evening gown for special occasions for 1/2/2022 and came on time with correct measurements to fit me. Everyone loved the gown. It's so comfortable to wear. Most of all the staff were very helpful.

Ho acquistato un abito in occasione di un matrimonio che avrò a breve, sarò onesta, inizialmente avevo paura che qualcosa andasse storto, che la qualità del tessuto non fosse buona o che venisse cucito male ecc, soprattutto per via di alcune recensioni negative qua e là. Io mi sono trovata benissimo. Se acquistate dall’Europa, nel mio caso Italia, sappiate che dovrete pagare voi la dogana che è piuttosto onerosa (io ho speso 35 €) ma bisogna ricordare che il sito lo comunica molto prima di inviare il pacco. Forse sarebbe meglio che venisse scritto anche in fase di acquisto. Tuttavia ne è valsa la pena perché non c’erano alternative oltre questo sito, e la qualità è davvero alta. In Italia vestiti indiani ed etnici costano un occhio della testa. Grazie.

Terrible terrible service. DO NOT USE. they didn't make clear that extra charges will be incurred AFTER purchase. They are now trying to refuse a refund. Do not use this company. I only out 1 start because I had to give something to write the review

Was concerned about my purchase as was unable to access my account and track purchase after I had made my payment. Was initially advised of an estimated 7 day delivery but became worried that my money would be taken and I would never receive my item, this was because I had contacted via email, WhatsApp and got no further with my issue, I also couldn't get through on the number.

I became more worried, wrote a review on trust pilot and contacted again via email and WhatsApp, a couple of days after the second attempt to chase up the issue,I was sent tracking details and received my item. The item was exactly what I ordered and in good condition, the only thing that I noticed was that the image provided of the clothing made the clothes look more better quality and neater in prin compared to real life but in fairness that's how advertisements are especially with velvet material !!! Overall I was just happy to get my item and to have received the item I ordered in the given time frame! I have already given it to stitch so will be able to wear it soon, because of this experience I trust Indian clothes store and will be happy to purchase again

Absolutely wonderful servixe qnd delivery was quite fast less than 2 weeks to doorstep.Customer service via watsapp is super prompt! Definitely coming back for more and highly recommended.

I ordered a mens wedding outfit:

'Orange Art Silk Indo Western Suit 231321'

I ordered 17 days before the wedding I was attending (my own fault leaving it so late) however I asked them to make it and send it as fast as possible. I chased up almost every day, I did have to pay extra for DHL Express (£15) shipping even though they had already charged me £10 for shipping when I checked out.

Communication was very good throughout, via whatsapp and the website chat, although sometimes the communication between both was at odds with each other.

As it got closer to the wedding date and they hadnt shipped I again chased up frequently. They eventually shipped on Monday 20th June and it arrived to my door on the 22rd June - the wedding on the 25th. Tracking the parcel, it left India > Dubai > Leipzig > UK - all inside 48 hours.

It took 14 days to cut from cloth, stitch to size, quality check and ship which I thought was excellent service.

When the outfit arrived, it wasn't packed great but it was fine when opened out and hung, no creases and well folded. And the fit, design, colour and stitching was brilliant. I was anxious about the fit - but it was just perfect. I loved my item and at the wedding it drew lots of compliments.

Very happy with the purchase! I bought a lehnga and had it custom stitched - the product is exactly as per the image and the fitting according to the measurements I sent is perfect. Great communication via whatsapp all throughout the process. Shipping to Spain was very quick and I even the received the product sooner than expected. Will definitely rely on them for future purchases!

I was really skeptical to order at first but when I got my dress it was exactly like the picture. No actually it was better than the picture! Great customer service and they also confirm everything with me before stitching. Got a lot of compliments too. Will recommend this website.

I order a dress and it’s been 1 month and I don’t receive it , I try to contact and they don’t answering my messages and call don’t order they are scum !!!

The quality of the garmet is very high, it has been perfectly tailoured to my measurments and came to the UK within weeks. It is truely a stunning Salwar.

Scam site. Product bears no resemblance to that which I ordered. No refunds or returns
