It is a registered member of Industry Canada and therefore can offer complete incorporation packages, which include a Name Search Report (NUANS Report) and Corporation’s Name Approval. Incorp Pro™ has its own legal and accounting team. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard and customized both), by-laws of the corporation, minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register in government corporate registry system. You will receive the certificate, article and minute book of the corporation in email. Following up on my earlier review
Following up on my earlier review. Incorp pro reached out saying they would re-start my application. They re-sent the trademark information asking me to cancel my review. What they sent was completely bogus, couldn't prove that they had paid or filed with the government and now they have gone silent with nearly $800 of my dollars.

A week goes by. I decide I've been had and I update my review re-stating my warning to the public. The bad review prompts Incorp-pro to act by sending a honey-dripping letter to trust pilot.
It's now a Mexican stand-off. They say they won't do anything for me unless I cancel my review. I won't cancel my review unless they do something for me. Money changed hands, services were not supplied, What do you think?

I liked their service
Recently I placed an order for an Ontario corporation. I chose 3 business days service while I received the corporation documents in the next day. They reviewed the order and the registry agent contacted before the registration. The experience was easy and good.

Zero stars if i could worst service
Zero stars if i could worst service - Very sketchy take payment then say I cant process my order until i send my ID? If verification was required that should have been done prior to taking the payment . Wont refund my card either !! Then they say no manger or supervisor will take my call ? Unreal !!

The policy of our company is to always check the orders in case there is a credit card fraudulent activity. If the card holder information is not matching to the director/incorporator information - we will require an ID. If the customer can't provide the ID we will refund the full amount to the credit card and advice another way of payment. Our managers are always available to talk and resolve any issue with customers. We value your input and strive to learn from every interaction to enhance our services for future clients.

Atrocious, these are SCAM ARTISTS. Legalities have began and this business will be shut down. DO NOT USE, they will rip you off and will do NO work for you while being rude and unethical in practice. BBB and Consumer Affairs are aware, investigations are in place.

Had the sam experience as Amir. They registered the name incorrectly, took over a month to complete as well. Terrible customer service, at times not answering their phone. Very sketchy. Its not worth the hassle, go to another company, you will regret working with these folks.
