Incorp Pro Inc. is a Canadian company specialized in one-stop incorporation and business registration services across the country at a very affordable cost. It is a registered member of Industry Canada and therefore can offer complete incorporation packages, which include a Name Search Report (NUANS Report) and Corporation’s Name Approval. Incorp Pro™ has its own legal and accounting team. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard and customized both), by-laws of the corporation, minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register in government corporate registry system. You will receive the certificate, article and minute book of the corporation in email. These documents are sufficient to open a bank account. Corporation’s physical documents goes by expedited Canada post to your address. Together with corporation registration, Incorp Pro™ also offers other governmental filings such as Canada Revenue Agency Business Number set up. Corporate Tax Account Registration, GST/HST Account Set up, Payroll Account Registration, Import-Export Account Registration, WCB/WSIB/WSB registration. Similarly, Incorp Pro™ also offers corporate supplies such as share certificates, corporate seal. Other legal agreements such as employment contract, shareholder agreement, commercial lease agreements etc. Currently, Incorp Pro™ has offices in 3 locations around the country, Toronto, Vancouver, and Edmonton.

Thank you to Preet and Brianna for their work and guidance through becoming a Not For Profit organization. We are a small club that has worked to raise money for different charities. It was the wish of the founders of this club to one day carry the "Inc" status in the club name. Both Preet and Brianna made themselves available to guide us thru the process and it happened quicker than we expected even though we elected to take the 10 day route ! Again, thank you both. Professional and helpful great price
I recently had a positive experience with Incop Pro, specifically with cancelling my BIN and dissolving my company. Initially, I worked with them to obtain my BIN and found them to be professional and efficient. However, I encountered an issue with obtaining a business key, which was required to complete the process. Preet, the representative I worked with, was understanding and helpful. She looked into the matter and obtained the necessary company key, allowing the process to proceed. I appreciated her assistance and professionalism throughout the experience. THANKS AGAIN PREET!
