Worst experience in my live with traders.
I’ve bought a particular screen , in few months it comes defect , then they replaced with different one with excuse is bigger screen , didn’t work at all. I told them I won’t the replacement of the original one I bought, then they said they have it in stoke I drove another 2 hours to their shop and again they installed a different screen then what I bought and paid. Now they even don’t bother to try to solve the my problem , I want the screen I paid £800 not a cheap staff they come with. Don’t waste your time and money there is a lot more companies out there .

I am happy with the service from the booking to the collection of the car.

Excellent friendly service 😁 the amplifier and speaker I had fitted sound excellent and the installation was perfect Mo

Great service

These guys are truly talented and very helpful, had the hertz audio set + subwoofer installed and it's night and day difference for my Astra. There was one small issue that I came back for the they investigated for me without issues. Very grateful and would recommend for anyone else looking for an audio upgrade for their vehicles.

Installed ambient light, android screen with reverse camera and dash camera, very happy with the work

Excellent service, I’ve known these guys over 20 years and they know their stuff, trustworthy and reliable. Don’t go anywhere else for your car needs.

I hope In car Music Technicians read this review they've know me over the years as a returning customer looking for that certain sound I used to love on the older analog car radios which I struggled to get warmth and richer sound on the newer digital ones. So in fact I went the other day and one of the technicians said oh you again ha ha he was right I was hungry to get that sound of yesteryear or even similar so I ask them to swap the speakers around the back to the front this would have cost me £200 pounds but they stopped me after taking a look then said the sound is really good they gave me back the car I was disappointed no change had been made and so thought I was getting back the same sound to my surprise on turning the car radio on was as close to the old rich sound I was yearning for it sounds amazing the back speakers sound clear and thump nicely than before. I don't know what adjustments they made but it sound great and my head has not stopped bopping to the music plus saved me £200 I cannot thank them enough it looks like they have a real good ear for quality and tuned it perfect for me Thanks again In car Music one extremely happy customer.

Great service. They updated my 6 inch BMW F10 screen to 10 inch with Apple car play and android audio. Fast and quality service. Giving 4 stars only because on the appointment day, they discovered that the wrong screen had been delivered in the shop and I had to reschedule for a week later, so I had to take another day off from work. They’ve been helpful and kept me updated on the estimated delivery date during that time.
Overall, good and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Great service and products. Took my 5 series in for change of speakers. Job was done swiftly. Car sounds amazing now

Top garage
Professional service
I recommend everyone to go there,if you need any service on your radio or if you need new installation

Found the company as a result of good reviews on Trustpilot and was not disappointed.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Far better to deal with than Halfords who are very difficult to contact and don't return calls.

Would recommend.

I was impressed with the service . It was friendly and professional . I was even offered coffee . The staffs were professionals and explain everything what they were doing . They gave me time to practice the alarm infront of them before moving the car . The waiting time was short . The price was great . I strongly recommend ICM In Car Music

Very professional. Have no complaints so far. This is my second time working with ICM and my 3yr old reverse camera still works as advertised.

My only gripe is the customer service / friendliness. It's all business with ICM, if you spent a few minutes getting to know your customer it might create a long lasting relationship.

I don't even know the name of the person I spoke to when I brought my car in. No one introduced themselves. It was just hi, your the ML and on to business... Lol. It's the only reason I am not giving a five star review.

Still great work and services. All the best.

I called and within the next hour, I was at their office. They gave me two hours. But after nearly 60 minutes utes they called to say the car was ready. Fast, efficient and friendly people. Very good service.

Brilliant service, the guys are very friendly. I would highly recommend them

Polite and friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a wonderful experience, 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who’s searching for an excellent shop with garage for aftermarket installation of professional car audio systems, in car cctv and tacham 1 approved trackers, alarms or fully integrated systems that would cover all car audio, video and security aspects. Once again, thank you for your expertise and competitive pricing along with timely installation. Until next time, I wish you the very best. Regards, Cosmin.
