I called up about a replacement head unit. I wasn't sure which one I needed and been checking online for a couple of months going round in circles. I was able to go to the shop, they checked it out immediately and gave me the options. Then said they could fit it next day. I took it in first thing ... they even suggested the best coffee shop to go to.
Job done, shown how to use it. Very happy.
Thats the service I like and appreciate. Thank you.

I upgraded the screen on my car. They gave a good service and was really easy to deal with.

Would 100% use again

Custom service was brilliant and the work carried out was explained to detail

Disappointed

Excellent service from start to finish. I paid in advance, left the vehicle in goods hands while I was away for the day — everything was handled professionally and reliably. The dash cam installation was completed promptly and to a very high standard, with no exposed wiring in either the front or rear cabin. The team even kindly waited for me as I was running late and guided me through the job that was done. Great value for money, outstanding workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service fitted me in for next day and delivered superb installation and great communication thank you

Delivered as ordered in timely fashion 🙂👍

Great experience satisfying job they do. No doubt they are the best

Great place! The guys are super helpful and knowledgable. I wanted to upgrade the speakers in my BMW so got in touch with ICM. After sending through some details of my car, they recommended a number of options, providing quotes for each. Once I'd decided the route I wanted to take, they booked me in that afternoon and had finished installing my new speakers (which sound great) just over an hour later!

Good service good guys

Great experience
Great staff and knowledgeable

Honest and transparent service which is so rare to come by these days.
Highly recommend

Visited ICM 2 weeks ago to have a new head unit, Audison amp, & a Hertz subwoofer installed in my 20 year old E46 convertible.
The job was done professionally without any issues & at the agreed price.
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional install done & would personally use this company again.
Staff are very knowledgeable too.
Thanks again ICM.

Great experience, reliable and done the job on the day, great price for quality of the job. Definitely recommend

Excellent service, very happy with the work they done

Thank you

These guys know how to do business right, don't be fooled they are the best in the business all things considered... Value, Speed, Professionalism and of course Personality... thank you guys for my phenomenal upgraded sound system! Audison to the world!

Amazing, professional and fast installation.

Very helpful and determined to resolve any issues. In my case, I had fitted a Wireless Apple CarPlay Android Auto Interface for VW MIB 1/MIB 2 Golf MK7. Although the system worked, the touch screen wasn't aligned due to the VW being a Japanese import. However, I believed it should work, so they contacted the supplier who helped resolve the issue. Good work.
