IMO Car Wash - Sittingbourne Anmeldelser 21

Staff did not pre wash wheels ect , it was not busy and they were sitting down , showed them the app on my phone and was directed ito the wash, hence wheels not clean at all. NOT IMPRESSED , WHY SHOULD I USE YOUR SERVICES AND NOT A HAND CAR WASH ??

Staff are very friendly and chatty, always do an amazing job inside and out :)

I paid for the ultra HD wash, when finished, my side mirrors were still wet and later dried with water spots alover the mirrors, there was still a bird dropping mark on the windscreen, on the boot area there were areas that water jets or cleaning agents did not touch, these areas were still dirty, first time using IMO, my expectations were high, what I got was basic, I see no reason to go back, what is the point of the 10 second jet wash?

Good service. Prices are too high though.

I paid £10.00 using the IMO app as it was a damp day and my car did not need to be sparkly clean, but I had been parked on an unmade road and several vehicles had splashed mud and dirty puddle water all up one side of it.
The staff were friendly and polite but the wash, although leaving the mud - splattered side clean, did not clean the back door area or wheels at all.
I thought £10 should at least be enough to remove road film so not good value at all.

Just rubbish no pre wash no wheel bath the foam and coatings seem to be watered down to be run on a shoestring

Love this car wash

I did use these place quite a lot but it doesn't do as well anymore dont know if its old or needs revamping.

But past two times I have had my car clean it hasnt got the lower part of my car so its been left dirty and the blowers/dryers dont get the whole car so you end up going home having to dry it yourself or if you leave it you end up with these white drip/run marks.

Think I will go back to the hand car wash places in the future.

All staff are very friendly. They pay attention to detail whilst pre washing my vehicle.
I am part of the wash club so see them all regularly.

I went here to get my car cleaned paid £19 for top tier clean at 9.10am asked if its been busy today for them to reply I'm the 2nd in and come out of car wash dirty and scratches over the bonnet and above drivers wheel. Spoke to staff who was now aggressive and they filled a incident form and tried writing I arrived at 11.20am which my bank payment says 9.07am and then said 30 cars have gone through today even though same attendant said I was 2nd in today. So lying to cover their back. I tried ringing them and head office and no reply. They need to make right for what they have done.

Sittingbourne Appalling service.
I paid for top wash, they went round car with spray hardly torch it. Pulled forward and they never brushed front and only just touched rear. Then sent me through.
Spoke to young person after, made out not understand. Laughed with other staff as drove off.

I use the Sittingbourne branch great lads do a good job every time

I usually always go here for a car wash but today my car got damaged and they basically laughed at me when I came back to report it. Told me it must have been there before but your car was just dirty so the dust hid it. Which I thought was a poor attitude to have. Luckily I have footage from home that shows my car not damaged before the wash. Also the damage is eye height on both passenger doors so I think I’d know if it was damaged beforehand. The damage is deep as if grinded by something metal which I assume is the roller as it’s the same height on both doors.

Very poor service from what was a good car wash. Pay for top wash and Hand pre wash which was a one handed wash on back window of car and when finished car still dirty. Don’t use the IMO wash in Sittingbourne as it’s a rip off

Bought a bundle of 6 washes as have previously done, use it to have both our cars cleaned, now apparently you can only use the registration you sign up with ? Why ? if you've paid for a wash, what difference does it make which car was washed ?? Won't be buying a bundle again in future, won't be using IMO car wash again !

IMO car wash sittingbourne DO NOT USE. I paid for the top wash and to be honest I could of done a better job blindfolded . Took the car back at the first opportunity as when I got the car washed by the time I was out of the end the car wash was closed and was aggressively told nothing they could do . This car wash needs to be avoided at all cost
