Subscribed and almost immediately…
Subscribed and almost immediately cancelled only to find out at the end of the 1st time that I had been charged to renew again.
Contacted the cs and was told I had to cancel 24 hours before it renewed to get a refund. So I was not due a refund.
Only companies trying to steal money does that, most companies email you when the subscription is almost due to renew so you can opt out if you want or need to do so.
I would have given no stars but that was not an option.

Horrible program
Horrible program; NOT as promised in the ad; Terrible AI customer service; I am not convinced they are even in the USA. Immudi is a "Temu" copy of Noom except it isn't even a decent clone. Immudi lacks the functionality of nutrition information that makes it useable. I contacted them immediately (within 2 hours) and explained that the program would not work for me. They REFUSE to refund ANYTHING. Something illegal about this or should be! Then they said they would refund my upgrade that I foolishly purchased at the same time but have not done so. SAVE your money. Don't give it to this corrupt company. If you want something that works check out Noom and stay away from this scab. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Very disappointed in the product
Very disappointed in the product. Not at all helpful for my situation or what it appears to be in the advert. Tried to get a refund but was told I can’t get one. Cancelled the program hopefully won’t be charged anymore. Absolutely would not recommend - was very hopeful but realized too late it is typical money grab. Please don’t waste your money on this crap! Get a book out of the library or purchase a medically sanctioned book!!

I am looking forward to changes ahead! It has taken a week to wrap my mind around the food lists… I was eating a mediterranean diet, and this is a bit different but I already eat many of these foods, so coffee is so far the hardest!!
I have always bought Genius blend coffee and added super food creamer by lairds all coconut plant based ingredients… so I will eliminate coffee for now… So I an excited my husband like this so far… we both like cassava pasta and the waffles made with cassava flour so that was a fun discovery. Anne

Feeling Scammed
They do not reveal the diet until after you subscribe. It eliminates whole food groups and is very restrictive and even eliminates many vegetables.. I also tried to use their website, but it was like deciphering the Rosetta Stone. I requested a refund more than once. They agreed to give me 50% back. Still haven't received it.
This is not any way to do business and shows no good will.

This was a complete waste of time and money. The information provided was conflicting and after carefully following the plan for several weeks it made NO DIFFERENCE to my health or weight.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This is a useless app, buggy and little to no information. They hide behind their T&C's and do not offer a refund even after 1 day and a complaint. I have NEVER heard to a company that thinks pancakes with maple syrup is a good idea for a diet or for anti inflammatory issues. Basic knowledge will tell you that sugar inflames! I think this is a scam!
