A truly professional experience. First we had a general discussion about our case, whether it was possible or not. They said it could be done, even though other companies I had contacted before said it could not be done. They kept in touch with us every step of the way by email and phone, answering all our questions. They also asked very specific questions about my case when I first contacted them, so I knew from the start that they were experienced in immigration law. I was applying for skilled occupation visa for the whole family, I filled in the applications but because I had a refusal last year, i was a bit of unsure how to proceed. I approached ISP on a recommendation from a friend. Lawyer not only responded on time but called me on every step of the way to let me know what is being done. Once applied, they followed up with me, until i got the visas stamped. Even after that, i had some queries regarding my arrival and BRPs and stuff, they clarified on call without any extra charges. `
