At first they want to wow you with their service. Once they have your money they simply ignore you when you ask questions. I have to email. Email again and then chase weeks later and basically beg for replies. It’s really upsetting, I personally suffer with anxiety to be ignored by someone you have paid for a service and to also recruit them to help because you’re so overwhelmed and then not get the help

Absolutely appalling service. I had three different case handlers in the three years legal contestors have been handling my unfair parking ticket after requesting to my third case handler to contact the debt collector company to tell them my change of address this wasn’t done as I was moved to a new case handler shortly after and they did not pass on my information. I ended up not getting any letters missing my court date and getting a CCJ on my account that I only found out about after my credit card. Company contacted me telling me they were reducing my credit currently have a formal complaint with them that I am still waiting for an outcome on. that I only found out about after my credit card. Thanks to Contestor Legal Services. I had a parking fine from Total Solutions, who took me to court after threatening me with bailiffs. Then, Contestor Legal Services took up my case, MrJackson Yamba (what a fantastic man) was dealing. He assured me throughout the whole legal process. If you are looking for ANY support at all with regards to UK parking tickets that are issued by the scam artists known as private parking firms then this is the company you need to contact. Contestor Legal, and more specifically Jackson, acts with care and respect and will recover any/all costs that are associated with unfairly issued parking tickets (or in my case- an incorrectly issued CCJ that was on my record).

Contestor successfully got the CCJ set aside and a full refund on all legal costs. Couldn’t have asked for more. Kept me updated at all stages and worked together as a team.

Absolutely useless, did nothing, hardwork getting a response from them, they certainly didn’t make it clear that they intended to do nothing until the parking firm started court proceedings! Causing lots of stress and unnecessary concern I just ended up paying the grossly overpriced ticket to avoid a CCJ

This is the 2nd time I have used Contestor and will definitely use again should I need to. This time it was a consumer matter with me as the claimant. The judge had two decisions to rule on but the case was presented in such a way that we won on the first point and the second became null & void. extremely pleased and took away a lot of stress on the day

I paid this company to handle my penalty charges, but unfortunately, they failed to deal with three of them. It has now been nine months, and I’m receiving letters from debt collectors because the penalties were never resolved. I deeply regret using their services — they have been extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and even threatening at times. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
