Outstanding service
Outstanding service. David Rynott was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well supported throughout. Highly recommend. Solved my issue in finding a seat for my exercise bike so professionally and so quickly.

I wished I could give it a 0 score, but Trustpilot won't let me. They used to have an individual membership plan which was a good product at a sensible price. They've now changed all the membership plans and have closed the individual membership and forced users with linked machines to have to have the family membership plan. So as a single membership user, its absolutely killed the value for money now effectively the cost is more than trippled what I was paying. Contacted customer services today to discuss, and they won't even have a conversation about it. Definitely going somewhere else where I'll get value for money rather than stick with the robbery plan they're now providing. Awful service which I can no way recommend. DISMAL

I Should have looked on here before
This without question is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. All they care about is getting your subscription and then after that not doing anything they say they will do or offer even if they put it in emails it’s just ignored. I was even told by them on my last review that they reached out and tried to contacted me which is totally untrue. You will get bombarded by offers of discount subscription, even if you’ve got 10/11 months left on your existing one. on the bright side there are lots of other companies that offer a very similar service so that’s where I’ll be going next.

Dont trust i fit with your bank/ credit card info
I canceled my I fit subscription and they continued taking money out of my account and lied said it was never canceled at all and wouldn't give me full refund. Never give them bank or credit card info they will take money out of your account whenever they want and say you never canceled.

iFit = DO NOT BUY
Any treadmill that comes with iFit should be an automatic no go for you. DO NOT BUY ANY TREADMILL with this app. If the support for it is discontinued (which happens often) or if the software stops working properly - you're stuck with a hunk of metal YOU CANNOT USE. DO not buy ANY threadmill that has this software. This is the reason I will never ever again own another ProForm or NordickTrack, same for my friends.

The product itself was fine
The product itself was fine. However, the customer service is horrible. I discovered that I was charged, without consent, $699 for a 2 year renewal. I have always been month to month. I called to question this charge and was told because it was after 30 days they would not refund my money. Again, I did not authorize this charge to my account. I immediately canceled and will not use them again.

They take your money and provide no service
Absolutely awful company. Took subscription monthly but membership would not update past free. Tried to speak with customer service but kept being told I have a free account. No attempt to sort the issue out, just told me to sort it out with Google. Worst experience i have had with an app!

Late shipping, broken plus missing parts and very slow response times
We bought an iFit rower via FitShop. 3-5 shipping days were more like 10 but I appreciate it was over the Christmas period. The rower arrived with a small plastic rolling cap broken and a screw missing. Both are vital to the rower's operation.
First of all you can't call them or use a chat support, you only have one option: to send an email. So I did, with details of the broken part. 2 Days later I received a response with additional questions (that could have been answered using the order details I provided earlier). Responded immediately with the requested information and no response since (4 days ago). As long as you have an alternative, please consider buying from them and not from this company.

Grosse déception
Tapis énorme et rangement impossible, gros problèmes avec la courroie qu'il faut sans cesse remettre en place avec un système de réglage douteux. Pas d'arrêt progressif de la marche, il faut sauter sur les côtés et arrêter... très archaïque !
Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette marque qui vend à prix d'or du matériel qui le vaut pas.

Really poor experience so far
Really poor experience so far. Nordic Track 1750 Treadmill arrived on Friday and it’s not working. Seems like there is a software issue with Ifit and I can’t use it on manual mode either. There’s no number to call. You have to log a job on their ticking system which says they’ll get back to you in 48 hours. I’m travelling next week so this is not convenient and I doubt I’ll be able to speak to them. Wasn’t cheap and I’d expect the customer service to be better. Really disappointed with experience so far. There should be a number you can call.

Bon tapis mais faut pas avoir de problème.
Bon tapis, SAUF que nous avons eu la planche du tapis qui a cédée après moins 9 mois d'utilisation (couple poids léger). Après un parcours du combattant pour obtenir un SAV nous avons finalement obtenu un rendez-vous 2 mois après. Une fois sur place le technicien constate que la planche est cassée.. La commande de la pièce prend 2 mois supplémentaire. Une fois reçue le technicien revient pour la changer. MAIS il s'aperçoit que la planche reçue est aussi cassée... après 3 semaines d'attente supplémentaire ils décident de nous changer le tapis pour un nouveau modèle. SAUF que le nouveau modèle est moins large que le précédant... Sympa. Nous acceptons tout de même, ne souhaitant pas attendre 6 mois de plus ! MAIS ce n'est pas fini, 8 mois après le nouveau nous constatons une souplesse de la planche. En regardant de plus prêt nous nous apperçevons que la planche est en train de céder... Re-parcours du combattant avec le sav.. Commande d'une nouvelle planche. On précise bien ce qui nous ai arrivé avec la première planche et on répète à de très nombreuses reprises et mails qu'il faut faire attention de ne pas reproduire l'erreur de la première planche qui est arrivée cassée. Et bin vous savez quoi? la planche est arrivée en bonne état après 3 mois d'attente Mais c'était PAS LA BONNE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! modèle éronné sur tout le conteneur qu'ils avaient en stock on doit attendre encore 2 mois pour un nouvel arrivage de planche. Lors du premier souci un abonnement IFIT que nous payons avait été offert pour un an (sachant que de toute façon on avait pas pu s'en servir pendant quasi 7 mois... Mais pas pour la deuxième fois, on a même du payer le déplacmeent du technicien alors que selon le droit français la garantie de l'appareil aurait du être prolongée d'un an étant donné l'échange de l'appareil et sans compter les délais sans pouvoir s'en servir. Bref Hier je tente de renouveler mon abonnement IFIT sur le tapis parce que le renouvellement auto n'a pas fonctionné. Je constate sur mon compte que le prélèvement a été effectué 2 fois soit 2x 396€!!! Je viens de passer 30 minutes à épeler mon adresse postale en anglais avec un numéro payant aux états unis (je parle anglais , mais elle pas très bien semble-t'il) tout ça pour me dire à la fin qu'elle ne peut rien faire parce que j'ai un compte international qu'il faut que j'appelle un autre numéro (elle m'en donne 2 numéros dont un qui n'est pas attribué et l'autre qui dit que je dois rappeler à d'autres horaires)... J'ai trop hâte de devoir recommencer à expliquer tout ça demain quand le numéro me laissera contacter une personne qui voudra bien m'aider. Donc trop bien si vous n'avez pas de problème et que vous êtes prêt à payer un gros abonnement qui augmente au fil des ans !
Attention: Réponse suite à votre réponse à mon commentaire: IFIT ne m'a pas apporté de réponse non. Aucune réponse et aucun geste non non, c'est vraiment se moquer des gens que d'oser répondre ça à mon commentaire pour essayer de se "redorer le blason".. Vous descendez encore plus bas que ce que je pensait être possible. Bref! tout est dit

Their product is a defective product or they do it on purpose to sell parts after. I strongly alert people from buying machines from them.
I bought a Nordic Treadmill 3 years ago and it is fairly new as i have only used it at most about 10-15 times altogether. However, the console software stopped working out of a sudden and when called them they suggested to buy a new console which was about $1,200. For a machine that was used that little it does not make sense to break and not work and then have to purchase new console every 2-3 years. Strongly suggest to not buy products from them.

Ifit : bien, mais peut facilement mieux faire
Après une période de test je viens de m’abonner pour 3 ans à Ifit. Je trouve ce logiciel convenable. J’utilise surtout ifit pour programmer des run personnalisés et ainsi suivre, sur mon tapis, mon programme Runna. L’idéal serait de pouvoir importer des programmes type Runna sur son tapis ou l’appli, mais j’en demande pas tant. Donc si vous pouviez, s’il vous plaît, améliorer la partie création de course personnalisé ça me serait vraiment utile. Notamment j’aimerais :
- pouvoir établir des intervalles sur une distance ou une durée et pas uniquement sur la durée
- pouvoir établir des intervalles sur des durées de manière plus fine. Aujourd’hui on ne peut établir des durées d’intervalles que sur des durées pleine, genre 1, 2, 3 min etc… mais pas sur 2m10 s par exemple. C’est vraiment très regrettable
- pouvoir modifier un programme qui a été créé , aujourd’hui ce n’est pas possible
- pouvoir créer des programmes depuis l’appli de type intervalle depuis l’appli. Aujourd’hui seule des courses sur plan type Google Maps peuvent être créer depuis l’appli et ça ne m’intéresse pas vraiment

HORRID service
HORRID service! I tried to simply update my credit card to renew membership, couldn’t do so on the treadmill screen which kept charging the card on file. I tried to update via the QR code link, which took me to a blank iFit page without credit card input fields.
I called customer service, got someone who spoke poor English and connection faded in and out. She couldn’t update credit card info. I asked for issue escalation. She put me on hold and came back to say her supervisor said it was all out of her hands.
No subscription for me. If they can’t figure out how to easily accept my money!

This is probably the worst software someone can design, You can't do shit with the treadmill without the paid version of IFit, even custom workouts and upload to garmin / strava are behind the pay wall.

Nothing scenic about a trainer taking up half the screen
I used to love the Google Maps - scenic routes preprogrammed in ifit, so when we got a new treadmill I looked for one with ifit. Now all “scenic” workouts are staring at the back of a trainer who won’t stop talking. Or you have to program your own Google Maps route before you can start. So disappointing and less user friendly definitely not worth the almost $40 a Month subscription. Wish I had opted for a different treadmill not tied to ifit.

Placed the order through Nordictrack.com. If not delivered by 12/25 they will give $100 back. The 2-person deliver team came on 12/22 with the machine and told me they have to reschedule because they need a third person to move it to the basement. I did tell them it is basement before they came.
I called to cancel on 12/26,27,28. Waiting 60 min each day on the phone and gave up. I waited 70min on 12/29 and they told me I will be charged $250 PLUS 10% restocking fee.
I finally cancelled it by paying $500 tuition and 5-hour time.

Horrible customer service process
I have owned a NordicTrack treadmill for a couple of years. The software run by iFit has been an increasing disappointment. They did a Beta update which added some streaming options but Prime Video no longer works. The search options for the programs are not great and once you start a series, it's not obvious to go back to a previous one. The hardware itself? So far, the walking belt needed servicing as it moved completely to the side. The repair did not work and so it needed to be replaced. Calling customer service is a horrible experience. They ask for so many proofs of identity - email, phone number, treadmill model and serial numbers. Why make this so complicated? A few days ago, my incline stopped working. I have been on the customer service number now for 45 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to pay for the part or order it for free on my externded warranty! So I said the latter, and this is another department they transferred me to. It's also a different department for software issues. They need to streamline and improve customer service.

Good workouts but for every new software release that makes the product worse by removing popular features and making it harder to navigate as well as introducing error errors and crashes. I don’t know who the head of software product development is, but he / she really needs to pay attention to user feedback. I really really dread seeing the page that says my product is being updated.
