As a business, we believe true customer service is not measured by how a company behaves when everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when challenges arise.

We recently ordered bespoke company logo wall stickers for our new Globexpert Fundraising office from Icon Wall Stickers. Unfortunately, despite several genuine attempts, the stickers were simply not compatible with the particular wall surface within our premises. However, what followed was one of the best examples of customer care and professionalism we have experienced in a very long time.

From the outset, Lynsey and John handled the matter with absolute class. Their communication was immediate, transparent, supportive and solution driven throughout. Rather than walking away from the issue, they explored every possible avenue to make things work, including producing alternative sample stickers for testing and reproducing designs in different formats at their own time and effort.

Although the final outcome was not what any of us had hoped for, the way Icon Wall Stickers conducted themselves was exemplary and deserves to be recognised publicly.

In a world where good customer service is sadly becoming increasingly rare, this company reminded us exactly what it should look like. Honest people, genuine care for their clients, swift responses, professionalism throughout and an obvious pride in the service they provide.

Most importantly, throughout the entire process Lynsey and John remained committed to ensuring we were satisfied with the overall outcome and supported every step of the way. That level of care, accountability and professionalism is something that truly sets a business apart.

We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Icon Wall Stickers to other businesses and individuals alike and we will certainly be returning customers in the future.

Thank you once again Lynsey and John. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and deserve to be shouted from the rooftops.

Ordering from the website was really easy, the items ordered came quickly and the quality and price of the wall stickers was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Great product ,great service, no complaints at all.

The staff were great and helped with sizing as I initially got it wrong. All done very quickly and efficiently. Would recommed.

Beautiful sticker arrived well wrapped and in good time.
It was a large complicated sticker and in spite of two of us taking great care some of the more delicate elements were lost and some did not adhere as well as they might. My granddaughter is thrilled however which is the most important thing

What a brilliant company for customer service. Contacted a couple of times out of hours, but still got a reply saying will sort it the next day, and they did. Well done and you deserve to do well. As for the wall art it looks amazing, and has changed a drab wall into a work of art. Thank you.

Excellent service. The seller contacted me same day as order to convey a concern with design. This was corrected and I got an immediate response and choices as well as advice. Exemplary dealing with human beings who think for themselves in this day and age. I highly recommend this company. Service excellent, quality excellent.

Fab quality and quick delivery

The proof was sent to me for confirmation and they were able to edit and some changes before sending it out! Great customer service.

Quick delivery and the wall stickers look fab in our room...

The sticker arrived as expected and looks really good now it is on the wall. The application was straightforward, but should not be rushed.
An excellent product.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I emailed the company initially with my enquiry and asked for their recommendations on a decal request for my daughters bedroom. They promptly responded with great advice on sizing of the decal, how good the image quality was that I sent and with a quote which was a fantastic price in comparison to other companies. After ordering the decal itself it was thoroughly checked again and another email was sent to me after review of the order to make sure I was happy with everything. Delivery was prompt, and the decal quality itself is fantastic. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you
