Ibentoy Kawaii Shop Anmeldelser

The package I got was simply amazing. I didn't order much but I was content with what I got. The camera bottle is especially a favorite of mine. Although it took quite a while due to of course, Covid-restrictions and what-not I'm just glad that the order was able to make it. At first I thought that this was probably some type of scam but risked it anyways and didn't put too much thought into it when I ordered. Contrary to my expectations I got what I wanted and am in absolute love with the little trinkets that I have. Thank you ibentoy!! Would love to order again sometime soon 😊

very good quality I use this lip gloss every day

Excellent cover for my cell phone, I am very proud to have it. Thank you very much I am very happy with such a beautiful product. Shipping was very fast. Congratulations.

I love my smile phone case. And the customer service was awesome.

The service and products are great. I initially had address issue (my bad) and they were quick to respond and resolve.

Shipping is fast considering how far it traveled. Items looks exactly like the pictures and are of good quality. Customer service is amazing, had an issue with my order ( my fault) and they were so kind and helpful and keep me updated the whole time. Would shop with them again

Beautiful products, great options and fantastic customer service. If you want something cute and different I would definitely recommend it. Prices are great too. Thank you.

I love it! I have not had an issue with none of my orders yet.

Been very happy with my purchases! It takes a little long to arrive but the wait is worth it!

I am so much happy with the products received. Specially the phones cases are aesthetic. I am looking forward with much excitement to my further orders as well.

Great experience! Although it was a long wait (Expected) it was worth it! All items in cellophane packaging and the package was packed perfect. Very happy and will order again at some point in the future! Definitely worth it for the cute packaging!

I bought your products two months ago and did not receive any items until now.
Moreover, your customer service response takes a super long time, and your attitude disappoints me.

Please give me a REFUND. Thank you.

I got my order today and it’s literally so so cute!! Everything was okay and I got all I wanted. They put a notebook as a gift in my package!! I was so happy to see that! :) would definitely buy on ibentoy again. And the customer service is amazing. Btw I am from Germany so if you’re wondering.. yes they ship to Germany! <33

I got my Astronaut phone cases and we really love them 🥰 very cute and cheaper than any other place ♥️ Thank you Ibentoy!!!!

Super happy with the products! They came in perfect condition and it was a nice surprise to also get the pendents they were advertised with! The only thing was that it took a while to get but I didn't really mind it since I expected for it to take a while, I'm 100% buying from this website again!:D

Products missing and do not response
I am very disappointed

The service is wonderful they are patient and effective at their job. I was having trouble paying for some items and almost paid more by almost buying two of the same thing and they were sure to fix that problem right away. They are very kind. :)

I ordered a few phone cases based off their Instagram advertising, but never got any tracking information. Website offers shipping within 3-7 days but after waiting 10 I requested to cancel my order.

Is a very nice online shop and the customer service is excellent!! 💖💖💖
10/10 👌🏼✨😌🌷
