Highly unprofessional company (both hydropoinics.eu and idroponica.it (same company Player SRL - I guess this name suits their attitude)). Placed a large order, no one want’s to answer e-mails (my bad, 1 answer in 2 weeks) or phone calls (phones of hydroponics.eu are NONEXISTENT). Idroponcs.it washes their hands away and doesn’t care or express any interest to help.. Even tho it’s the exactly same SRL)))
Order is fully payed but hasn't been managed for more than 2 weeks!

Slow, unreliable, unprofessional
I ordered as company a product to the client. It took 1,5 moths to get there... It was terrible customer service at the beginning. They send a invoice, I paid it right away. Then I waited that they send me some tracking code. No nothing. I asked, then week later they say that I need to pay shipment... What? Ok, I paid shipment. Then it took weeks again and client has not received any product. I asked many times and reply from them took again week or weeks. They really don't know how to treat customers. Not reliable and not fast. They also forgot some parts from the order and again more than week and no answer. They really need to sharpen up.
Really good Customer service.
I've had few issues with products craping out. (But, these are products from other suppliers) so, nothing to do with the actual site that sells them. But, they've honoured every Warranty (just 1 issue after 6 months with a product & they Reshipped new one while waiting on me shipping back.. also, got damaged products due to poor shipping. And instead of waiting for the shipping company to resolve they are shipping out brand new items.
Really is my top go to for everything Green that grows. Love their substrate. My lily's and tulips love them. And they have some pretty amazing nutrients to enhance my fruits flavour #best Strawberries ever.

I initially placed my order prior to reading the reviews on here and have to say I was concerned at some of the negative reviews. My fears were thankfully unfounded.
I order numerous products, never did I think they would be delivered as they said but they were, I placed the order on Sunday morning and everything arrived, packaged very well, on Thursday morning, Italy to Ireland. All the products are original as they state and the site does give you a lot of information, took me a while to get to grips with some of the products as I am a novice. My order was mainly nutrients, soil and seeds. I was only initially was looking for products for my new table top Hydroponic System but decided that my garden & plants needed some TLC too.
I have a small issue on expiry date with one product (I order quite a number of products) but have emailed them so they can sort. The product is a living organism product so does have an expiry date. This is why I knocked off one star, will amend when sorted. EDIT: The matter was sorted within two day of email.
I am in the process of placing my second order. Definitely happy to deal with them.

This company do not use . I ordered and could not contact by phone or email it's 10 days since my order and nor even a email nothing . I'm trying to get my money back now avoid at all costs there are better companies these are horrible

I think they are a great company, always able to find for me products that they don't necessarily list in their catalogue, fast shipping, nice customer service, offering discounts and very good prices.
Was getting worried about my order…
Was getting worried about my order seeing the other reviews here, as i had ordered over NYE and the order still wasn’t shipped 5 days later. I wrote an email to customer support and was replied a couple hours later, in which they told me it was due to holidays.
Order was shipped the same day, and i got all my items within a week.
Items were as described and pictured, no faults or damages, and pretty good prices compared to physical stores where i live.
Leaving a 5/5 stars so others won’t start to trip out as i did reading the reviews.

Recently I ordered two items, and there was a delay in getting them posted, and getting in touch with the company was difficult because of Covid related issues.
Also, the company was having problems with supplies to themselves, and they arranged for an excellent employee to deal with customers on the phone. It was very professional, friendly and well set up.
The products are very good also.
Give them a little slack in these difficult times.
Can't get any contact with customer…
Can't get any contact with customer support, about a return on one product. I spent over 600 EUR at this order. Really rude to not answer for 2 weeks in I don't even know how many phone calls and emails I've tried..
Non honest business practices.
Spent more than 400 euros on this shop and the non-expensive items were okay, but the most expensive item which was the LED light was working only for 17 hours and with premade regime. When asked seller about it, he said some bullcrap about it working on wifi and something interfering with it. And offered a 5% off on the controller which costs fkin 64 euros and with shippping totals 90 euros(for absoulute useless crap electronic). So yeah the light was already used not brand- new and probably set so you can also buy his piece of crap controller. I am writing this because now i am low on money and just cant afford to waste 90 euros for some useless garbage chinese electronic.
No problems initially, then a problem...
Having read about hydroponics.eu here, I was a bit hesitant. However, I'm happy to say that it was a pleasant experience to deal with them. They answered e-mails and the telephone - communication was good. The package arrived in a timely fashion from Italy and across Europe.
Update: unfortunately, there was a defect item in the package (actually two items had faults, but I can live with one of them) and I'm told I'll have to cover the return shipping and possibly a "lab charge". I've provided a photo of the defect as well as the e-mail conversation I had with the manufacturer who recommends a replacement, but all expenses still fall on me. The cost of having it replaced or repaired might exceed the price of the item (EUR 63) and is not an acceptable solution. They're down to an "poor" rating because of this.

14 days after I placed an order, and with many attempts on me trying to call them, which is impossible. And mailed them, which they never reply.
They changed the status of my order from new to delivered. However I never recieved my package.
They just stole 230€

I Bought Sunon DP200A pc fans and they arrived without packaging, instructions, or power cables. Looked for EU power cables online and (if they exist) they are very difficult to find. *Website now updated to state that the fans don´t come with power cables.
Some products removed from my order because out of stock. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient.
Manual Timer has Italian plug no I will have to either return it or buy and adapter. I bought clip on fan and it had EU plug!? Neither product description specified which I would be receiving although the timer had a picture. The digital timer seems to have an EU plug?
Suggestions for improvement:
Don´t suggest to customers that they rewire electronics if they can´t find the correct power cables! Dangerous advice.
If a product doesn´t come with everything you need to operate it, specify that. X is not included or X sold separately.
If your going to use .eu, sell products with EU plugs. or at least specify which plug the product uses. The picture is helpful but if there were a reminder "in text" it would help people to order the correct product for their needs/region.
