Poor quality items and major issues with return and customer service
Ordered a couple of items to try on, quality was poor and shape ill fitting. Returned items quickly. Received an email to say that the return had been received and a refund would be issued within 14 days. Have been in touch with the company a few times since this deadline. Was initially told it could actually take 21 days for the refund and after that passed was told the item has not been inspected yet. It's been over 4 weeks since the company received the return now, and still not refund.

terrible quality and service
I bought a suit from a hotel in October 2025. I contacted the brand and they refuse to help me. The suit unraveled. I rinse it with cold water after each use and hang on two hangers to air dry. I loved my suit and I took care of it. It cost me $251 and it’s come undone. The brand doesn’t stand behind their quality which is unfortunate bc I really loved the suit.

We’re very sorry to read how disappointed you are, particularly as you mentioned you loved your suit. We never want a customer to feel let down.
As your purchase was made through one of our wholesale partners, any faulty claims must be handled directly by the original point of purchase, in line with their aftercare policy. Our warranty unfortunately does not extend to items purchased via third-party stockists, which is why we directed you back to them.
In terms of care, while rinsing in cold water is helpful, we do recommend occasional machine washing at 30°C with a regular detergent. This is important as rinsing alone is often not sufficient to fully remove chlorine or salt water, which can impact the longevity of the fabric over time.
We appreciate this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we would encourage you to continue working with the retailer, who will be best placed to assist further.

Always fits, gorgeous colors
I’ve ordered suits from different places in what I thought was my size and the top or bottom is always either too big or too small. Hunza G always fits and the colors always look rich. Perfect.

Swimwear damages very easily
Swimwear damages very easily. With minimal wear and following label guidance carefully my swimmers went see through after minimal use. Hunza G customer service is appalling. They went around in circles claiming different positions and trying to put blame on me to avoid replacing the garment. They’re expensive and not worth it if you actually want to wear them for more than 1 holiday

When you first contacted us regarding your original bikini, we reviewed the matter and issued a replacement in good faith. Following this, you contacted us again regarding pilling on the replacement garment.
Pilling can occur when fabric comes into contact with rough surfaces, and after careful review this was assessed as wear-related rather than a manufacturing fault. This was explained in detail via email correspondence.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for; however, based on our assessment, we believe our decision to decline a refund on the replacement garment is fair and consistent with our policy.
