The best swimwear for all ages
Being an older lady I really appreciate the shape of the cover up one pieces. My swimsuit is very comfortable and I wish you did the square neck, cover up, in orange which is a colour I wear a lot, also with the white trim, hope you will get more of that shape in bright blue, I am on the list to be told when it is stock. The order came very quickly and was beautifully wrapped. Altogether a lovely product. My daughter has one of your swimsuits which is how I heard about your company.

Having to return with dhl is too difficult
Having to return with dhl is too complicated. The only place to drop it off was a half hour from my house, and not open on the weekends. I had to keep a suit that didn’t look good on me because it was too inconvenient.

Best customer experience ever
Everything beginning to end was easy and worth of 5 stars (and more). I mentioned how the top of my recently purchased swimsuit was weirdly stretched and after sending 2 pictures I got a new suit sent my way in a matter of days. Wow!

Awful quality- £400 down the drain
Don’t waste your time or money on this brand. I’m so beyond embarrassed to say that I was such a fan of Hunza g and put my family and friends onto buying swimsuits from here.
I’ve spent over £800 on swimsuits, my mum has spent equal amounts - two of my swimsuits have un-crinkled and therefor completely unwearable. I have worn each of them maybe twice. £400 for nothing. I’ve had bikinis from primark that have lasted YEARS. Hunza g? Two wears.
Looking at the reviews this is a common quality and manufacturing issue - this is clearly a brand problem.
Stop marketing this as a brand that you can wear through all stages of life if you can’t even get through a holiday.
For reference, I take great care in washing and air drying.
Customer care team are unhelpful, no one answers the phone.
Treat your loyal customers better! Lost a whole group of us, terrible.

The carrier lost my package- never received suit
The carrier lost my package and you won’t send me a new one until they respond to you and it’s surprising you make customers wait versus send out a new shipment and then recoup your loss with the carrier. Poor customer service to have the customer impacted.

Our team always works hard to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible. However, as I’m sure you can appreciate, we’re unable to send out replacement orders without confirmation from the carrier that a parcel has been lost.
That said, I’ve checked the latest update from our global team, which was shared around an hour ago, and it shows that the parcel has been marked as delivered to your building’s mail room.
Could I kindly ask you to check with your concierge or mail room to see if they are holding the package for you? Once you’ve had a chance to do so, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.

Not flattering
It is a bit tight (both bottom and top)and i am 25-26in waist - 120lb - 5’4

Great but fix the color dye
These bathing suits are amazing, especially for moms who are losing or gaining weight depending on where they are at. I have a bikini and now one of the coverage one pieces. My only complaint is not being able to expose them to chlorine without risking color fading. That’s pretty ridiculous for a bathing suit especially for how expensive they are

Attractive suit
I very much liked the fabric and cut of the more coverage option. At 5'5" it is wearable, but it would be a better fit on someone either taller or heavier than I am. I will make a couple of alterations myself.

I ordered my Hunza G Costume specifically for a special holiday, unfortunately it didn't arrive in time, despite leaving 5 working days for it to arrive, which should have been plenty of time. I think the delivery service needs to be improved. however the costume itself is beautiful.
