I bought two bathing suits and needed to return one. I emailed customer service over the weekend and Ruby responded very quickly and was very helpful in helping me to complete the return. I would definitely recommend Hunza G not only for their product but for their efficient customer service.

I complained about my daughters…
I complained about my daughters swimming costume which lost it's shape earlier than i expected and the team were very responsive and agreed to send me a new costume right away. I was very impressed!

I can’t praise the Customer service…
I can’t praise the Customer service enough. I done a WhatsApp chat today regarding a slight issue with a bikini I had brought, they come straight back to me and the issue has been resolved.
I love this brand of swimwear and it’s just showed how good quality not only the bikinis are but the customer care.

Seriously slow refund 20+ days
They were quick to ship. However the bikini was one size fits all and was too big. So therefore I returned it in exchange for a refund. The refund took 20 days, I only received the refund when I reach out, which my 250 pounds was then returned. Disappointing that you have to remind them you still interested in your money, to get it back. Felt a little bit sneaky to be honest. They have lovely things but this was an overall bad experience.

I love Hunza G swimwear…
I love Hunza G swimwear as it is a perfect fit. A couple of my costumes have had a small fault. Hunza G customer service was excellent and replaced them straight away. I would highly recommend!

Very poor quality for the price.
I bought a swimsuit here. I was really happy with it, but I’ve worn it fewer than 10 times and suddenly all the elastic started coming loose. And that for such an expensive swimsuit. So basically, if you’re lucky, it will only last one summer. I emailed customer service and they said that once it’s sold, it’s no longer their concern. So just know that for this amount of money, you’re not buying a swimsuit that lasts long (which was definitely my expectation). I had the Domino in dark brown.

Thank you for your response. I have only worn the swimsuit in swimming pools, and afterwards I hand-washed it in warm water.
I have now submitted the complaint to De Bijenkorf (where I purchased the swimsuit last year, as shown on the invoice I already sent you). They have forwarded the complaint to you. Based on the photos, it really seems like a manufacturing defect to me. But I am curious to hear your assessment.

As you did not make the purchase with Hunzag.com directly but with a stockist, I'm afraid you will need to reach out to them to solve this for you as the transaction lies with the place of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the purchase and warranty when the purchase has been made with a stockist.
Please note, in order to ensure the longevity of your Hunza G, we recommend rinsing the garment soon after swimming in chlorinated water and machine washing. This will stop chlorine building up and breaking down the fabric.
We apologise we couldn't be of further assistance on this occasion.

I returned my item and due to the bag is came in not being included they held my refund until the bag got back to them. I thought this was packaging and think was was ridiculous.

Replacement swimsuit
There was a minor default on my swimwear and when I contacted customer care, they handled it extremely quickly and were so lovely over WhatsApp. I was offered a replacement despite being out of warranty and I have to say the customer care process & service was 100%!

I have just ordered my second swimsuit from Hunza G. I have had the first one (two-piece) for three years and it is in like-new condition. I ordered a second to be able to mix and match the tops and bottoms. The customer service team was also responsive and helping me quickly recover a free shipping code.
