One star – Stop bombarding your customers!
The buying process itself was absolutely fine, but the avalanche of follow-up emails afterwards has been intrusive, excessive and thoroughly irritating.
I bought car insurance, not a subscription to an endless stream of emails. The constant follow-ups are bad enough, but then come the emails begging me to leave a review.
Well, you asked, so here it is: ONE STAR.
Your relentless emails have turned an otherwise perfectly acceptable buying experience into an irritating one. Give your customers some breathing room instead of bombarding their inboxes and wasting their time.
Less pestering, fewer emails and a lot more respect for your customers’ time would be a good place to start.

Salesman listed my motorbike theft in 2019 as contributing factor in higher than comparison website quote.
It clearly stated 'claims made within the past 5 years. '
Unprofessional, scandalous sales. Had another bad deal with them 15 years ago. Haven't changed.
