The WC unit was of only reasonable quality but the Basin Unit was unbelievably poor, in a number of ways.

I needed some information about spare parts for my taps. I used the live chat and my three questions were answered quickly and with all the information I needed. I know from previous purchases that their taps are good quality

2 year old HR shower has stopped flowing. Quick response from HR saying that we need a new valve if recalibration didn’t work , but this part isn’t under the 20 year guarantee.
We replied to HR after plumber had recalibrated but no further response from them.
Very disappointed as our last HR shower lasted over 22 years .
Do not be fooled by their 20 year warranty.

Hudson Reed have now replaced the broken valve.Review now updated.

Very fast replacement of a missing part.
Good to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a very helpful person.
Couldn't ask for more.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a shower tray earlier this year which cracked after only a few months use and they have refused to replace the item. Having spoken to some bathroom fitters, they are stunned by the response I have had.

Very prompt helpful reply but we'll see if there advice follows through when my plumber comes to fit the part.

Do not be fooled by this companies 20 years warranty they do everything not to honour it
I have a shower head that is split after 2 years I have sent all the pictures requested so they can clearly see it is there product with a manufacturing fault but still they will not honour their warranty this has been ongoing for months with no resolution in sight ,stay well away from their products

I had to replace a tap cartridge. I contacted the makers and the service I got (Gina) was second to none. Trust me I’m the first to stamp and shout when customer service is poor and due to the age of the tap I was expecting a drama. I never got the opportunity to do that. What I got instead was a customer service operative who cared about my issue and dealt with it very efficiently. Top draw service all round. Brilliant

I had an issue with our shower and the technical team at Hudson Reed couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke with Joe and Gina. Also worth saying that I didn't have to wait in a queue forever to get assistance

Had Hudson Reed shower unit fitted around 2018. Shower now drips constantly when turned off. Just needs a new cartridge but they have changed suppliers so can’t get a replacement for the cartridge as the one the support desk told me to get didn’t fit . The company now won’t help as I can’t supply them with the original paperwork for the purchase of the shower. Now faced with having to replace the whole shower unit at a cost of several hundred pounds when all I need is a £25-£30 cartridge

Received reply to my review about my Hudson Reed shower which states they will replace the shower unit if I can provide them with the relevant paperwork. They obviously didn’t read my original review as I did say I didn’t have the paperwork. I have provided pictures of the shower with the name of Hudson Reed clearly shown. The unit was installed 6 years ago and should have a 10 year warranty. Really don’t know what else I can do. The plumber I used has now retired but I know it was purchased from suppliers in Basildon Essex. Have contacted them but as this was over 6 years ago they can’t help.
This has all happened because you changed suppliers. I am not bothered about a whole new shower. I am quite willing to purchase a cartridge but this option has been removed by you by changing suppliers.

Fantastic service after a tap purchased two years ago started leaking.

Under warranty a replacement was offered and sent within 2 days.

Gina from Roxor Group was really helpful identifying parts and instructions for my shower.

Needed to replace a 15 year old diverter valve on my shower. No code references available, so contacted Hudson Reed service dep’t and i was asked to send pictures of the valve body. The ref code was sent within the hour and i was able to order the replacement on line. Could not fault the service.

Had some questions before making a purchase. Emailed and received several very quick responses. Helpful accurate replies and also suggestions that proved to be most helpful.
Very highly recommended.

I bought a thermostatic triple valve shower unit and had it installed as a concealed unit. Of all the things the Hexogonal screw that holds the on/off handle has slipped. Therefore the shower is unusable. Very poor workmanship, design and material.
To replace the unit means braking the tiles.
I would not recommend using any of their plumbing items.I have in touch with them on phone and also Trustpilot but no help. Neither have they sent replacements nor got back to me. Atrocious Customer service.
Nobody got in touch with me after I sent the photos. It has cost me about £900 to have it replaced. DONT USE THEIR PRODUCTS. 01/11/24. Every time I write about them, they reply that their Customer Service is "working with you". In fact I have only been contacted once after that total silence!
2/11/24. That is totally false. Nobody has contacted me. This is a good way of prolonging till the complainant gives up! 04/11/24. No Brady has contacted me since one call initially. Stop fibbing.
05/11/24. No one has contacted me again after I sent the photos of the handle.
