Super rapide efficace

They're professionals and the delivery service is fast.

First, providing tracking number on every order helps me to organise my time. HTFR provided me tracking number and i recived items with fast service. Second, price of items is very nice, i can buy rare things that are not available in my region. Third, ebay as a portal/database is giving me a lot of space to organise my own business.

I have used hard to find records a few times now. They always seem to have the record I'm looking for and at great prices. The next day delivery service is a massive bonus too. I am very happy to keep buying from Hard to find records.

First order I was sent the wrong vinyl. HTFR agreed to send me a replacement. Again they sent the wrong one! Finally got a refund. Clearly no one checked these vinyls before they went out or when they were listed.

Second order the vinyls were filthy dirty and no where near the grading. Clearly no one checked these vinyls before they went out or when they were listed.

I sent photos and was told to clean them. Or I could return for a refund but I would have to pay for the postage prior to return. No way! None of this is my fault. I guess I will have to persue via PayPal.

I am afraid I won't be using again. From my experience they are not taking care over listing, cleaning and despatching.

I recently purchased Vinyl Records from Hard to find Records UK spent about 200 Euro DHL was courier 🚚 company I’ve been useing HTFR records over 15 years revenue and customs have pulled my records and want 75 year to release them this has never happened me before leaves me thinking is this new normal now when I buy records from Uk it’s unfortunate this has happened otherwise hard to find records are Brilliant company to deal with 10/10

Been using HTFR on and off for about 20 years now, only once had an issue that the wrong record was sent but same artist and label so did look identical, good after care though and was quickly sorted with no hassle to myself, occasionally they might need a quick clean up but records and dust will always be a thing. Other than that the actual condition has always been as described, shipping is always quick and reliable and never had any problems, would absolutely recommend them and I will continue to use them myself.

Fast delivery

I accidentally ordered 2 of same product (partly due to HTFR clunky shopping cart app when using phone) and emailed within 2 minutes to request a change. Unfortunately the email was never responded to and order quickly sent. I only received a response when using the Contact function on website.

Excellent communication and customer service from the guys at Hard To Find Records. Contacted by phone and email, great via both. I wanted to add a record to an order I placed online, was no trouble at all from both ordering and payment perspective. Delivery was also extremely quick.

When I first discovered HTFR (after stumbling upon a sticker of their on an old record I'd got from eBay) I was apprehensive as the images of the records on sale aren't the exact record they are just general images, and you have to go by their grading on the item. This is different to eBay/in person digging where you can really size the record up as to what you're prepared to pay for it. I must say their grading is fair, I've only ever had one issue and that was dealt with fantastically and they offered me replacement vinyl.

They're always getting new stuff in (that I always seem to gobble up - sorry for the almost weekly orders guys...) They ship super quickly and use reliable shipping services that arrive safely.
