This is reflected in our exceptional feedback and review scores. Our UK based warehouse is located in Birmingham’s city centre and from there we ship all over the world. We ship our sturdy, tested, environmentally friendly parcels with reliable and trusted courier companies. Our UK shipping rates remain extremely competitive and all international shipments are trackable with free insurance covering you against loss or damage. We have about a quarter of a million vinyl records on our shelves, some of which you won’t find anywhere else. Our team of friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to help you with any music related questions or order related requests. We have professional DJs, experienced producers and audiophiles on hand. You can contact us during our opening hours by phone or email. And if you ever decide to sell your vinyl collection, we can even buy your records back from you. We purchase collections of nearly any size or genre with competitive prices paid.

HTFR…

This in my opinion is the Best Music Store in the whole country. They sell absolutely loads of Music related items. Great selection of Vinyl Records. Brilliant Reliable Service. Best online. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶

ALWAYS CHECK HTFR FIRST!

Delivery service is unmatched from the time you order till the time you receive is as good as it gets, and i'm in Australia.
The packing and quality of the used records is excellent. Good to see some quality used 12" vinyl pouring in!

Bought David Bowie's Diamond Dogs

Bought David Bowie's Diamond Dogs. They stuck a sticker across it that rips the sleeve if I try to remove it. The Royal Mail just stuck it behind a plant pot in the front garden. Didn't ring the bell to tell us they had arrived. No note or email to tell us it had arrived. I sent an email asking where it was. No reply. Record got soaked. Pretty poor service all round, I'd say. A real 'couldn't care less' attitude. Hard to find? Hard to like.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

We use easy-peel stickers on all of our stock specifically to minimise any risk of damage to sleeves, although we appreciate that collectors can be particularly sensitive about packaging and presentation.

With regard to the delivery, Royal Mail is responsible for the final delivery and any safe-place decisions made by the postman. Unfortunately, we have no control over where parcels are left once they are out for delivery. We completely understand how frustrating it would be if an item was left exposed to the weather.

We would also like to clarify that your email was received over the weekend when we were closed. We responded on the Monday morning, shortly before we opened, requesting photographs of the damage so that we could investigate and assist further. As we did not receive a reply, we were unable to progress the matter.

We always aim to provide excellent customer service and resolve any genuine issues wherever possible.

I've always been into HTFR

I've always been into HTFR. Ordered a 12" at good price. But the Vinyl was dirty & moldy from previous owners fingerprints, I'm guessing. I know it was secondhand, but it would be nice to receive it clean.

JUST BOUGHT A 12INCH SINGLE WHICH WAS ADVERTISED WITH ITS PROPERPICTURE COVER SLEEVE BUT WAS SENT A COPY WITH OUT THE PICTURE SLEEVE SO NOT HAS DESCRIBED VERY DISA[PPOINTED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING WOULDNT BUY OFF THESE AGAIN

Fantastic service and quality.

Bought a record marked as VG+ and it’s absolutely immaculate. Was a birthday present for my OH and he was so impressed at the perfect condition, he’d never seen such a good quality 2nd hand outer. Customer service was excellent, it was dispatched same day and arrived a few days later in very good quality, secure packaging. 5*
