Howdens - Orpington Anmeldelser

The best customer service I have received from Orpington branch, very happy with my kitchen design, buying and delivery process.
Very well done, thank you

Howdens Orpington have been absolutely fantastic. Right from the moment we walked in the doors with the plans for our extension and an idea of what we wanted for our kitchen. G clearly is very experienced and helped us to design our kitchen perfectly. G was always very quick to respond to any queries we had by phone or email (and we had quite a few!!) G was very patient. We are coming to the end of our project which started back in February and would highly recommend Howdens Orpington and G. All the staff at Orpington were very friendly and helpful when we went in at any time to collect bits and pieces etc. our kitchen is beautiful. We went for the Elmbridge Pebble and we have had nothing but compliments. Highly recommend Howdens Orpington not only for their amazing service and staff but also their beautiful kitchens too.

I had a bad experience with a kitchen fitter from Howdens Penge, so I went to Howdens Orpington instead. I worked with Gurpinder who was incredibly helpful and patient with my endless questions! She designed me a beautiful and practical kitchen & helped me choose flooring then showed me how it would look in different colours which was great for making my final selection. We had some practical issues to sort out with delivery/storage and she was very helpful about that too. If you are new to kitchen design, I highly recommend working with Gurpinder, she is friendly and helpful and takes all the stress out of decision-making. I love my new kitchen!

Howden Orpington were brilliant.Gurpinder who designed and supervised from Howdens was an absolute star. Our fitter who specialises in fitting kitchen was very impressed with the quality

Form the very first time Gurpinder came to visit, right the way through the project, we were really pleased with the level of service received from Howdens at Orpington and particularly from G. Whatever questions we had were answered quickly and the inevitable little bumps in the road we faced were smoothed over calmly and swiftly by G. The kitchen looks great, thanks so much!

The staff at Howdens Orpington is very helpful in helping me open the trade account.

James was welcoming, helpful and made for an altogether pleasant experience

Howdens and particularly Alex have been fantastic, So caring and professional in all aspects of supplying and delivering our beautiful Kitchen thank you one and all

We used Howdens at Orpington for our kitchen and utility room design and purchase. Howdens also offered great range of units and a comprehensive range of own and branded appliances and extras to include in the initial design, which was really helpful to get an clear fixed cost for your total potential budget at the beginning. You can then add your own items if you want something really specific or to suit your particular budget.
This works really well for design and budget assurity and it was easy through our designer to make changes along the way when necessary with the eventual tweaks etc as the build stage progressed with our extention.
No matter how good the products on offer, as the customer, the real experience is only as good as the quality of service and the product knowledge the staff you deal with (as we are not experts). Our Howdens designer Gurpinder, at the Orpington store, is a true 5 star employee who led us through the entire process from start to finish, producing great visuals and expertly advising on all the various products and options at every stage with great efficiency, courtesy and indeed patience. A big thank you Gurpinder and all at Orpington Howdens !

I’ve ordered with Amanda a couple times, lovely and helpful! Would recommend her for professionalism and sorting things out

Came in and dealt with Amanda, she was so helpful and helping us out with picking our kitchen and just ideas we could use in terms of worktop. She gave us loads of options and was patient with us as well as so friendly and bubbly, she also helped us with the flooring and just made the whole experience a joy. The team was all very inviting as well, couldn’t fault them,

I went in Shadwell branch i don’t know name of the person served me it amazing service very friendly customer support thank you

In 2019 left a 5* review for this store to acknowledge Ellis' outstanding service for designing a few kitchens for our company (purchased).
This afternoon at 3:15 called to speak to the manger & spoke to the rudest individual representing this company.
Amanda was loud, argumentative, sarcastic, accusatory and plain unprofessional.
She claimed many Google reviews to her outstanding performance, so she was not a problem on our call.
This was the second time Amanda had taken the call but did her best performance on the second call.

Gurpinder at Howdens in Orpington was fantastic. I was very particular about I what I wanted and she spent the time to make sure I ended up with a design I was happy with, also working seamlessly with the fitter to swap things out when needed.
My only niggle with Howdens as a company is the opacity of the pricing to the end customer, but that’s a company wide point and I was really pleased with the service I received. I would happily recommend.
Thanks so much Gurpinder!

Excellent team in Orpington. We were assigned to Gurpinder who was extremely helpful and professional and ensured that all our ideas were duly considered. We had multiple discussions and changes and nothing was a trouble to Gurpinder. Everything was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery driver. Our kitchen fit is complete and amazing. Thank you Gurpinder and Howdens Orpington, I would definitely recommend

Fantastic service and really helpful staff. I always use them

Excellent personalised service. Quality of units really good and able to make minor changes as needed. We are really pleased with our kitchen, thank you Alex and Arton

Charged me nearly £500 for 36 kitchen cupboard handles, returned them and went round the corner to Screwfix and purchased the same items for £115. When you use a trade only place you expect to get fair pricing sadly unless you have the time to haggle every purchase with Howdens you invariably pay over the odds.
