New kitchen
We were after a new kitchen. Roy came round, listened to what our needs were and what we wanted.
Next day he sent us the designs which we were very happy with and the couple of tweaks that we wanted we incorporated in an updated design.
When we were ready for installation, the kitchen was sent promptly when we required it. There were a couple of bits missing but these were sent immediately when Howden's were notified.
Big thanks to Roy and Steve for their expertise and assistance from start to finish.

Kitchen was not delivered in October as was told on ordering, wrong parts delivered , accused of taking delivery of oven , hob , etc , when these had been delivered to wrong site , after years of dealing with Howdens felt very let down, please note management has apologised

Fab kitchen by Zoe at Gravesend Howdens
My builder recommended the Gravesend branch of Howdens as he has a good relationship with them. I visited the branch several times and the staff on the counter were always friendly and offered help and advice. My kitchen was designed by Zoe and looks fabulous! We were having a kitchen extension built and Zoe initially did some designs from the plans and came back out to re-measure once it had been built. She listened to everything I wanted to incorporate and made some great practical suggestions. I couldn't decide what style to go for and changed my mind numerous times. Zoe was so patient with me and spent time going through all the different options and eventually settled on a style I loved. The great thing about Howdens is that everything is in stock so I was able to order a week before it was due to be fitted. There were a few items that we didn't need which we took back and got refunded. Great kitchen, great service.

Unprofessional and rude
Absolute waste of time! I am building an extension for our brand new kitchen so decided to get few quotes from different kitchen providers from which one was Howdens. I called Gravesend branch to book in an appointment with the design consultant. I arrived on time and ended up waiting 15 min or more in a tiny room, which is not the end of the world. Then Zoe came to take me in for the appt we ran through different ideas and how to make the layout work better which was good. Then i told her that im looking forward to see her ideas and i will get back to her on email with my thoughts and what we can amend, her response was “i dont do email ping pong, you would need to come back and we can change things” i explained i dont live in the area and i am pregnant and dont want to travel for small changes. Her response was the same and she was pushy that i would need to come in. This was on 4/10.. she then said that by cob on 06/10 i could expect some ideas and first draft and if not 8/10 latest. I did not hear back that week.. on 11/10 i emailed her and asked tue design.. to which i didnt receive any response. On 15/11 i called the customer service to complain because i am about to spend 20k on a kitchen but the service i am receiving is unprofessional and rude. On 18/11 someone called back from complaints department didnt seem too bothered and said that will pass the feedback to the manager. On 22/11 i received a call from Zoe herself asking for my builders details…. Clearly no one has given her an update that i no longer want the quote nor design. Overall very unprofessional and rude!! Thank god i was able to get my dream kitchen elsewhere
