House Buying Experts Anmeldelser

We had such a smooth and stress free experience with the house buying experts. They bought our house quickly and handled everything with no problems at all. The whole process was straightforward, professional, and hassle free. We couldn’t have asked for an easier way to sell our home and highly recommend them!

The House Experts were amazing! Super easy to work with, honest, and made selling my house stress free. Couldn’t be happier!

I had an excellent experience selling my house to The house buying experts. From start to finish with Martin and Lauren, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They gave me a fair cash offer and, true to their word, the entire process was completed in just 4 weeks. There were no hidden fees, no delays, and no last-minute surprises! Just a straightforward, stress free sale.

The team kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions quickly, and made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. I truly appreciate their honesty and efficiency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free way to sell their home.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Martin and Olivia well done, thanks again.

Martin and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing my uncle’s house. They were always just a phone call away, ready to answer any questions, provide clear guidance, and offer valuable advice whenever it was needed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and well-handled. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service they provided and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated team to manage their property needs

Super impressed with the service from Martin and Olivia. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all my queries, both were efficient and stuck to the timescales they initially advised.
Would definitely recommend for selling your house.

The response is very fast even though I disagree with the price and no sale in the end but it's recommended for anyone who needs money soon.

Had a pleasant conversation with Martin, who will be viewing our property. We understand the 20% arrangement, it feels worth it after wasting so much time with unreliable buyers for 10 months now.

With Martin’s guidance we ended up not using the house buying experts and instead auctioned our flat based on Martin’s recommendation. He took the time to talk through all our options with us and felt that auctioning was the best way forward. We really appreciated his guidance and support throughout the process.

All completed and happy with the price and service with Martin and Olivia. The solicitors were great and we’ve finally sold the place. Thanks

Overall excellent and understanding assistance.

I approached this company for info re: selling a property I have but decided not to proceed. Nevertheless, Martin made further helpful contact with me to see how things were going which I appreciated.I would certainly contact him again should my circumstances change.

Very happy with the help we received from the follow up to the enquiry. Helpful informative and not at all pushy.

Although the price was a little less than we had hoped we may consider using them going forwards.

Although we weren't able to agree a price, Martin Smith was really helpful and kind, he also did not put any pressure on me, great company would recommend

Really quick service. The price was a little low for me, but no hassle or agro.

The man I met today, was very polite and very helpful, he said it was my decision to sell or to modernize , he understood , he was very understanding, with no pressure 😀

Really happy with the way we were treated with my aunties House. Olivia and Martin we are a blessing in disguise dealing with the house

Rang for some advice. I did not feel pressured into using their service and advice was freely shared.
Many Thanks Martin.

I was really impressed with this company. They went out of their way to answer my questions and engage with the sale thoroughly and as for an individual client, not a number. Very satisfied, thank you

Good honest advice. Met my expectations.
