Not sure I would have paid that amount for the tap house again but overall great view of the game. Food wasn’t great and limited but very quick service. Great service from the hospitality centre really responsive I would recommend them to buy tickets from.

Always a fantastic professional service ! Adam is amazing and sorted my family and I 4 tickets for the Spurs v Man United game ! Terrific seats & hospitality shame United didn’t win !
Whenever I book any event / concert /match I email Adam and he’s always on point and delivers amazing memories

We had a great day, I went with my Dad who’s his a Palace fan, and I am a Liverpool fan. We decided to go early to explore so had lots of time before the game, great seats and went all the way to penalties. The food and drink inside the stadium was good, and we enjoyed our day.

Don’t waste your money. Just buy a ticket and avoid the extortionate additional VIP costs which actually don’t exist through this provider. Customer service is also lacking/non existent. Basically they just take your money and then don’t care about the experience they provide.

UPDATE: following the feedback below from The Hospitality Center. I just wanted to clarify that The Hospitality Center didn’t provide a response and ignored me for over a month after the event and only responded to my complaint after I gave them this review… Also I was told on the night at the O2 that the chaos was due to a shortage of staff so there you go….

This section at Wembley makes for a great day out. Easy access, much quieter than the main areas and easy to get food/drinks with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
The seats were in a perfect spot.
Game was high scoring, plenty of action in the first half. 3rd quarter was slow and lots of people left which made our departure a doddle. I have never walked Olympic Way to Wembley Park Station without having to stop after an event!
I have used this service before and would definitely use it again.

Have used Adam at Hospitality Centre and number of times now and he seems to over deliver on the events we book.
Last one was Simply Red at The O2 and the VIP hospitality was top notch. Only beaten by the performance of Mick Hucknell and his band.
Will definitely use Adam again.

Venue and band were great. Food was deep fried frozen awful. Guest had a menu to pay for food and the options were all frozen deep fried. Or cheap unhealthy tacos. Clients would be willing to pay a bit more for something slightly fresh!.

Company is extremely easy to deal with and do their best to ensure that they can provide the options you require. The staff are friendly and approachable particularly Adam who has helped us secure the tickets we needed on more than one occasion

Following our Jeff Lynne concert in Birmingham I have written and spoken to several colleagues to resolve our complaint on parking, bar condition, location and cloakroom.

I have spoken to Adam, Annabelle and more recently Kieran who is a Director within the company. Following promises to get back to me no one will answer my emails and even Kieran’s email address is now not recognised and returning my emails. So if the experience goes well I guess you will score well, but when there is an issue don’t expect a resolution. Adam, Annabelle, Kieran please can you resolve the issue or just have the decency to answer my calls and emails. Darren Jones

We booked a hospitality package to watch coldplay at wembley. We really enjoyed the whole night.

The Hospitality Centre did the most fantastic job in securing us the most amazing tickets! So easy to book through them!

From time of booking - months before the event date - all interactions with Hospitality Centre were highly professional. Everything about the event itself - hospitality, services, seating, overall experience - was absolutely top drawer. This was my first event through HC and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Outstanding service and communication, yes it was pricey but the Coldplay Diamond VIP was exceptional

One star is too much, pure fraud, no thought or help, the important thing is to get the money and not a small one.

From the moment we made an enquiry with Adam at Hospitality Centre the entire experience was second to none! The customer service was impeccable always responding to our questions immediately with precise and detailed information. The most friendly, professional team and will always be our go to place for future events. We can’t thank them enough for enabling us to experience Coldplay in a way that went above and beyond our expectations. Amazing!

Everything was very well organised and the whole day was magnificent. We enjoyed drinks in the koppenberg bar. Entry was easy and so that made it a nice experience. The concert/show was magnificent. Regards, Angela & Richard.
