Great service from Neil and the remedial team handling a couple of repairs within the two years of purchase date. Lauren in customer service was excellent and the men doing the work couldn’t have been more helpful and skilled. So pleased with this exceptional service. 5 star thank you

We met with Mandy to reserve our new home. She has been super helpful from start to finish and has made the process of reserving our home very straightforward and without any issue. We are very happy with the service we have had :)

We've just reserved our first home, and as first time buyers Lacie at the Thetford branch was fantastic. Ever so friendly, endless patience for all of our questions and was really supportive throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Hopkins Homes and Lacie to anyone looking to buy a new home!

All my questions were answered, I felt sales staff were well informed and knowledgeable.
I work for nhs and was delighted with the discount offered on my new home.

From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for better service. Mandy was a godsend and kept me really well informed through the process and the finishing touches on completion really set Hopkins apart from any other developers. I love my new home and couldn’t be more satisfied

Lovely experience as Mandy was very informative and helpful with all the details and any questions I had. Show me around the show house. Excellent service by Mandy and asset to your company.

Kim was honestly amazing !! We originally viewed a completely different house but Kim just knew it wasn’t for us, but assisted in finding us our perfect first home. She was so helpful couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kim made the reservation processes really smooth and wasn’t pushy at all, she really cared about how we were feeling. She is also extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew everything.

Celia has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She has made us feel so comfortable and calm - she constantly kept us up to date with matters and always went above and beyond to make sure everything went through smoothly, quickly and stress free. We couldn’t have done it with her tremendous help. Thank you so much for everything!

I and my wife met with Lacie Hay the sales lady at the Thetford branch in mid January 2025 and we were in our dream home by end of March 2025.
She gave us the magic touch, was professional and made our dreams come true. Thank you very much Lacie for all your efforts 👌.

We had a delightful meeting with Mandy on the Alconbury Weald development for Hopkins Homes.
She was very knowledgeable about the construction and details of the Site.
This is our first experience of a New Build purchase and Mandy has taken away all our concerns with her approach and the way she has dealt with us.
Full marks to Mandy and Hopkins Homes.

Mandy was welcoming, friendly and professional, making the buying process a smooth and enjoyable experience. We are thrilled with the quality of the build and the location (Alconbury Weald). Cam the Assistant Site Manager was also very helpful in the final build stages following up on any small snags and queries we had with a fast turnaround.

Visited Hopkins Homes today and Lacie had put on an Easter Egg for the children. Service was amazing! Can’t recommend enough.

Very welcoming, Mandy was fantastic throughout,

Explained the process of my purchase very well

Would highly recommend Hopkins Homes

Jenna is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable about the development and has helped make the transaction feel smoother.

We have recently bought a Hopkins home in Woolpit and the service we have received from start to finish has been above and beyond. Jason has been on hand every step of the way, answering queries, keeping us up to date with progress and sharing our excitement! We couldn’t have wished for a smoother process.

On the whole the move to Chediston Place has been a good experience and I live my new house. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, Beth especially and nothing is to much trouble. The few 'snags' I found were dealt with before I had chance to report them. Unfortunately couldn't give top marks as there is an IT issue that I am still trying to sort out.

Jason has been really helpful throughout the whole buying process.
He kept us updated on the whole build process of our new Hopkins home at the Elms.
Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely made the process less stressful for us.
