Beware of switched pages

This isn't anything about the product, but if they are as sneaky as their web page is...i dont expect anything less.
I went to purchase a product and they switched up the page which then charged me double. I went to cancel it and all of a sudden, the cancellation tab is not working.
This is horse crap and i will NEVER buy from them again.
I noticed on their page that it does not state which state they are located in.
I will fight this one with my credit card company.

Scammers

While I did get the response below from the seller, tracking wasn't available until the day before I received the product which was almost 2 weeks after they charged my card. The product was sent back and forth between Kentucky, to California, then back to Kentucky before coming to Nevada. My opinion of this company has not changed. Unable to get shipping information. I ordered a week ago and the post office tracking is still showing that only a label was printed and that they are not in possession of the product. I'll call the customer service is extremely vague, they say that it's in "regular shipping" whatever the heck that is supposed to mean. I had to keep asking questions to find out how they sent it, finally the girl told me it was with DHL and then DHL will pass it on to the post office. Well we're a week into this and still unable to get tracking. I'm disputing my credit card and canceling the order and going somewhere else. I will not deal with fraudulent people.

Ok so not gonna lie I literally looked…

Ok so not gonna lie I literally looked up what kind of crack or “nip” do they put into this CBD oil?? I have the most pickiest eater of a puppy. I have tried probably over 20 different foods. She does love the farmers dog, but sometimes she’s still being picky and when I just do a little droplets of the CBD oil on her food it’s gone in two seconds….. honestly I’m still convinced there’s like puppy crack in there but she’s also so playful and happy. The only difference I’ve noticed is with her poop is a little bit mucousy probably because I added too much cause she’s a little nugget so I have cut it down.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

I realized immediately after placing my order that I had selected the wrong product for my dying dog. This was time-sensitive and based on guidance from my hospice vet. I emailed customer support right away to cancel or correct the order and was told it would be escalated to their “specialty team.” Here is their exact response, We noticed that your order currently includes the Mobility CBD Oil - 250 mg for Dogs 25-50 lbs. Since you'd like to change it to two bottles of Well CBD Oil 125 mg for dogs under 25 lbs, and your order was just placed and is still unfulfilled, we’ll transfer your request to our specialist team. They’ll review and assist with making this product change for you.
Thanks so much for letting us know—our goal is always to help our dogs get just what they need! 🐾

Instead, hours after the product had already shipped, I received this response:

“Hi (name),
Thank you for confirming! We appreciate your flexibility. If any assistance is needed in the future, we’ll be sure to reach out.”

This response was completely disconnected from my request. I did not confirm anything. I was asking for urgent help to correct an order. It’s clear that no one did a damn thing.

There is no real customer support here. No accessible phone number, no accountability. When I finally reached someone, i was told they don’t staff weekends and that my order was never going to be changed anyway. That certainly isn’t what their email said!

A company serving pet owners, often in urgent and emotional situations, should operate with care and responsiveness. This company does not and yet feels comfortable signing an email, Thanks so much for letting us know—our goal is always to help our dogs get just what they need!

What I needed was a cancellation or the right product to be shipped asap. Your uncaring incompetency just added more pain and I’d never use this company if you expect even basic customer service.

By the way even though their scores are high on trust pilot you may want to read the last 5 or 6 including this one. Repeatedly this company basically expresses care and then couldn’t give a damn about their actions.

And they replied that they appreciate the feedback and are glad to be helping me.

Let me be clear this company hadn’t done a single thing at any time to make things right or help me take care of my dog!

I have bought and used Honest Paw…

I have bought and used Honest Paw mobility chews for my dog for the past 4 years. Great product, undeniably. However, I recently lost my 15 year old Cavalier King Charles and I had 3 unopened bags of the chews.
I reached out to the company and was told they would refund my if I sent the unopened product back. The rep stated they would send me a return label to expedite the process. I have been waiting on a return label (via email), as the customer service rep stated I would receive.
I was hesitant to even contact them in the first place, but I did just to check, as these are fairly expensive.
Again, I have not seen an email or heard a word about a shipping label to return them.
The point is if they were not going to refund me the cost, why say so... Very disappointed.

Extremely unsympathetic for 'pet people'

Placed order on 2/15, received on the 23rd. Upon receiving order advised customer service that my dog had passed on the 21st and asked if I could return it for a refund - they were very kind and said to keep product and would issue a refund. Imagine my surprise a month later when I received notification, they had charged my card and were shipping a 2nd order. Upon contacting customer service again, I was told WHEN they received confirmation that the product was being returned, they would issue a refund and actually cancel my autoship this time. I genuinely believe this is horrible customer service. I should not have to deal with paying to return ship something when they were notified and I am dealing with the loss of my pet. Extremely unsympathetic for 'pet people'. They need to take a lesson from Chewy and how they deal with pet loss.

I would NEVER order from this company…

I would NEVER order from this company EVER again! They are NOT HONEST. I paid $10.99 for 1-3 day business shipping and I’m not even expected to get my product until 1 week later!!! I called customer service and they offered no resolution at all and gave some fake excuse how this is acceptable!!

Unwanted subscription. Scam.

I placed a single order for some CBD tincture for my dog and got stuck with a subscription I didn’t ask for. I gave the company a chance to make it right and they refused. There’s nothing honest about Honest Paws. Avoid like the plague.

I truly had fantastic customer service!

I truly had wonderful customer service, I had a small issue where the address was incorrect and my package never arrived to my home ,so I emailed Miss Chrissie and her response was almost immediate, which I was actually really impressed. She was very kind, understanding and quickly resolved my issue and even gave me a courtesy package for the troubles. To have any company, especially a small business that is trying to help our loved furr babies, go above and beyond to help their customer out the way that Chrissie helped me- I will stay a loyal customer. I recommend this company to anyone who has a pet they love and cherish and want to keep active and healthy !

Gave my Mr. Purr his life back

My Mr. Purr was almost crippled in his back legs, He couldn't climb up on the bed or his climbing tower. We thought we were going to have to get expensive injections from the Vet so we said it can't hurt trying this product. It has given him his life back. I cannot believe how well this worked. Thanks Honest Paws, and thank you for being so patient with me, I know we got off to a rough start but you won me over. Sorry for being so grouchy...

Unsatisfactory service

Received email about next product shipment with the option to “skip”. I clicked that option. A week later I received a email saying product had shipped. I tried calling 3 times and sent 2 emails to stop shipment and cancel my account. Received a call today about this. They originally couldn’t find my account. After several tries they located. The person on the phone stated they had “spoke” to me about refunds. That is not true. They never spoke to me. On the phone now they said I would have to pay to return the item I previously told to skip and they shipped anyway . Their admin process is completely unsatisfactory making up calls and contacts that never happened. I highly do NOT recommend THIS COMPANY.

Truly a rare company

Truly a rare company. Excellent customer service with representatives who actually return emails ... very quickly! Ultimately the product didn't work out because my dog is very old, and the CBD naturally made him lethargic. Without me even asking, they refunded my $$ and didn't even request a return of the product. I will be purchasing other items from this excellent company, as they have many great products.
