I didn't get my order they showed stock online, but didn't have my item

package that mirror arrived in looked like it had been at a rugby match mirror was very slightly damaged
at the back but you are not able to see when on wall but for what we paid it should of been perfect

I really needed what I had ordered. More than a couple of days went by then I got an email to say I was being refunded, which I really appreciate, but I would have prefered an email with an explaination why the order was cancelled.

HomeLuxeInteriors were very quick and helpful when replying to my query. My chrome and glass display unit was wrapped in cardboard packaging that said coffee table, so I thought it was the wrong item. They explained they sometimes used stronger outer packaging for breakable items. It was indeed, very carefully packed.
We are delighted with the unit, and would use them again.

Sent me a broken mirror, initially hung up on me when I rang customer service. Answered when I rang again saying they would send someone to pick the mirror up and refunded me, still waiting for this refund and mirror pick up. AVOID
