Really pleased with my order

I ordered an item and paid carriage and had a confirmation that it had been accepted. A few days later I was told that the item was not available which was a big disappointment. I was told I would receive a refund and was pleasantly surprised that this arrived very quickly. I will monitor your website and will try to reorder in the future.

Amazing service- called them with a question which was answered quickly, ordered 4 dining chairs mid afternoon and were dispatched same day and delivered following day.
As for the chairs themselves, I’m absolutely delighted with them. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a liquid art picture, arrived quickly, packaging was excellent took me ages to remove picture which was good as there was no damage.

The wrong item was sent in the box. A promise of sending a replacement item has not been fulfilled and no communication follow up to my 2 further enquiries asking about when my correct item would be resent

At the time of ordering, the item showed that it was in stocks. It later transpired that the item was not only out of stock but being discontinued.
Very frustrating.

The picture I ordered said In stock so I ordered it. I never received any communication to say it was delayed. I eventually phoned and was told it was being framed !....strange when it was an item with 4 available.
I was assured it would be delivered by Wednesday this week....today is Tuesday and I've heard nothing.

Order arrived within two days. Lovely bench very happy. Price was the best amongst all companies I found
Selling same item

Ordered 2 matching items, the items arrived on time and very well packed. Unfortunately the items did not match. One was as described the other a completely different colour.

Excellent service my order was broken they sent a new one out the same day

They cancelled my order without explanation or any information. Just received the refund and that’s it! Super weird behaviour.

The arm chair is lovely however the courier used is not great. Just dumped the armchair outside in the rain and said they don’t offer services to place the parcel indoors, mind you i don’t live in a flat. I won’t be purchasing anything from this company again. I had to pay 2 people to put the armchair in the lounge.

Extremely well wrapped as was a delicate item.
