Used these guys a lot over the past couple of years. Top quality products, professional friendly service (James & Georgia) and fair price. Very happy & highly recommend!

Good Guys. Helpful Prompt.

good service and great website, will come back again to get more things.

Good website, great service, quickly despatched and just what I expected.

I was helped for three quarters of an hour on the phone by a most helpful and patient young lady, whilst I checked through a number of details to ensure the stainless steel letter box would fit. Finally satisfied I ordered it and three other related items. All arrived within a couple of days and all fitted perfectly. The quality was excellent and the help offered on the phone could not have been bettered either in detail, accuracy or attitude. These days most service is so poor, that when you find this kind of quality, you are amazed and delighted. Can't recommend them too highly.

An easy to follow website. Goods arrived very quickly and are all of excellent quality.

I gave specific instructions for the product I ordered to be delivered to my work address, but it was sent to my billing address. This caused me a good deal of inconvenience as the product didn't arrive when expected and I had to wait in at home for the redelivery. When I wrote to Homebits customer services it took them a few days to reply. They said they could resend the product if I did not arrange for it to be redelivered, but unfortunately they were too late. I wrote back to say I had already arranged redelivery, only to encounter silence.

Mistakes happen, but the error could have been mitigated with a sincere apology and perhaps offering to deliver my next order for free. But it seems that good customer service is not one of Homebits' strong points.

The item came pretty much on time, it look great in the bathroom and it's very convienient in the shower. However, we only had it a week when my son of 15 had one of the dispencers broke. I thought it was just him being awkward but my daughter's dispencer also broke. It's also a bit expensive in euros.

Very happy with the soap dispenser and also sticks incredibly well with the silicone gel of which I have steered clear in the past but would recommend it now.
The whole ordering process was excellent.

I have ordered from Homebits multiple times, internationally. Always have I had quick delivery (within 5 working days), in good order, or there had been communication regarding the order.

The downturn is postage, but that should not reflect towards Homebits, 5 stars.

I ordered late on a Tuesday and the product was delivered on Thursday morning. Excellent service

delivery was very fast. unit was very good quality

THE ITEM ARRIVED PROMPTLY FOLLOWING A FAULTLESS TRANSACTION, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION

excellent product, first class service. Would recommend , and have to friends and family.

The squeegee I will give a rating of 5. I am not happy with the sucker it came with where the squeegee hangs off as it doesn't suck onto tiles and it just falls off. That was one of the reasons I bought the squeegee so I can hang it up but it doesn't work so I give that a rating of 1. The squeegee itself though is very good and was happy with the quickness of the delivery.

Excellent website and ordering service. Goods received within 4 days of prdering and well packaged. Outstanding customer service, replacement pump sent out in post for next day delivery service.

Very impressed. Site said delivery could be 14 days but I got goods in two days. Very pleased and will use again. Thank you.

We were delighted with the efficiency of this company. The items we ordered were delivered the following day and were well packaged. We would certainly purchase from Homebits in the future and are happy to recommend their service.

Fantastic item. I had real trouble finding a product I was happy with untill I discovered Homebits. I was a bit worried about quality because the price was so good - but when I received the goods I was really pleased. Very fast postage and communication. I will be keeping this company under My Favourites.

This is a really good useful product, neat and tidy and efficient for dispensing all your showering requirements.
In addition, the Customer Service and delivery on the two items purchased has been first class on both occasions.
