Very efficient service on line and in particular the collection of goods

I arrived in the late afternoon of Easter Sunday to collect my order, not knowing the store was closed. However, some workers came out of the store and told me it was closed and I explained that I had come to collect an order. They were so kind and helpful and after asking me certain questions, went back into the store returning with my order. A kind young man put it into my car for me. This saved me having to make a further journey at a later date. Thank you Homebase assistants for your kindness and help. I am extremely grateful.

Very helpful staff

Staff were friendly (Carol) and aisles were clearly marked.
However, one of the items that I needed hasn’t been available for over two weeks now, so have to order via Amazon

First class help from Steven with key cutting at the Sleaford branch and very helpful checkout lady. Well done for having such a wonderful team

Really helpful with shower room refit. Good design suggestions, assistance with choice of tiles etc. and all round excellent customer service.
