Homebase - Colchester Anmeldelser 

We just had our new kitchen installed from Homebase in Colchester. The designers Lenka and Darren were really friendly and helpful and designed the kitchen really efficiently and helped us decide our options. A couple of items got delivered damaged but Homebase reordered them for us without any issues. The kitchen is now finished and looks amazing. I highly recommend this store for getting a kitchen.

Sandra (operator 001862) dropped what she was doing to look for screw caps for me. Turned out they were out of stock but undeterred she searched high and low, going above and beyond. A friendly, very helpful staff member who is a credit to the business. Thank

Visited stanway branch today. The lady on customer services really needs a training session on customer service. She was really passive aggressive. Don’t put staff on this till who have no idea how to deal with people. Really put us V off revisiting

Put my click & collect order on at 10.30am, I was messaged back within 2 hours to say my order was ready to collect. Arrived at Stanway store and collected my order with ease. Thank you Homebase Stanway 10/10

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the shopping experience simple and efficient.

I bought 4 x chairs and a dining table on the 27/28th December 23. Chairs were delivered on the 5th January but no table.called Homebase and was informed that the table was on a seperate truck !! Well no table has been delivered and despite emailing the company head office and the store in Colchester everyday, still no table has arrived. This is totally a case of take your money but do not give a service - disgraceful

I have been to 4 shops who sell paint this morning to try to sort out some paint that’s been used on our walls which smells of cats wee! Jenna at your Colchester store had been the most knowledgeable and pleasant person that I have met all morning and I wish I’d have come to Homebase first!!! She deserves a commendation!

Absolutely rubbish!
When ordering the product, it was all straight forward. We got the box then when opening at home had realised it had another persons address on the label on the side. Then opening the box was all damaged and the product itself was damaged so badly!! They had just sealed it up and put it back on sale. Absolutely disgusting, we don’t even come from Colchester so wasted journey!

My order arrived promptly.
I did have to exchange one item as the Christmas decoration was missing, but there was no issue.

Really impressed. I bought online for click and collect. I received a call to tell me only thr ex display available. No issue. Picked it up and all packaged well. All set up and looks super.

Sandra was amazing, very helpful nice lady, Adrian was also very good, I had a small issue online and it was sorted for me straight away, will definitely be visiting the store again
