Great customer service and support. I had a young lady look up products on their instore computer, and given advice on what best product and price to buy.I brought a lot instore, and was given assistance to the car park,with my shopping, for which I was very grateful

Staff shortages meant long wait for click and collect, only I staff member around on till. She was lovely then had to come off till to serve myself and another customer . Then she went back to till where another staff opened another till.
The service was good as far as nice friendly staff

Visited your Rochester store and was looked after by Tetiana (hope that’s the right spelling) such a lovely person. Really patient with my daughter as she went through colour options (for ages) and helped me find everything I needed! Thank you again!

My click and collect text arrived within the hour. My order was in a trolley all ready to go. Very slick. Saves finding item in the store. Good price too. Will use it again

Bought some decking online with a discount code and had reason to go pick it up. Nothing special, however the staff were awesome, it was busy, they looked short staffed but I was still served with a smile and with an efficiency that would have made a time and motion inspector wet theirself with joy. The I'm sorry I didn't grab your names but kudos to the lovely lady and gent that helped me. Made my day a little brighter. Nice one.

I needed a water hose connector, which required a staff member to disable the security tag. Page, a member of staff, approached me to offer help. I showed her the broken ones. She said it would be quicker if she got them from the stockroom. This she did in under a minute. Meanwhile a supervisor asked if I was being helped.
I don't normally bother doing reviews. However, this showed intelligence, good knowledge of the stock room, and efficiency.
