Excellent customer service, had everything I was looking for!

It was great to see lots of staff on the shop floor on a Saturday and even better to find someone straight away who was looking after the ironmonger section.
Jamie was extremely helpful in finding the fixings I needed as there was a range of types and sizes. He took the time to measure up correctly and advise.
This made the visit to the shop very quick and efficient.

There was a small issue with my order but Tammy called immediately to let me know and explain how they would solve it. She called twice and left a message. Super helpful & informative.

I love going to the Homebase garden centre in Cambridge as they have a wide variety of plants, including decorative but also berries and vegetables as well as pots.
The till service is very efficient and I don’t have to worry about carrying the things on top of the counter as they will scan them all on the cart for me.
I also love the late closing times at 7 pm.

Ashley directed us instantly to what we asked for. The product was in stock and we were in and out efficiently.

Jack was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took time to show me products, read through specifications and details and advise me accordingly. He is a very considerate, kind and mild mannered gentleman and his attentiveness to customer service should be noted as sometimes quieter members of staff can sometimes be overlooked by louder more extroverted staff who don't necessarily assist as much.
