Homebase - Blyth Anmeldelser 

We have recently moved to Blyth and have used this store a few times now. On each visit all of the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly and helpful and all done with a smile. . We were able to convey our findings to the manager on our last visit and she was delighted to hear we had experienced such great customer service.
Definitely would recommend this store.

Staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgable. One member in particular (Dan) went out of his way to assist in carrying & getting a trolley for me. Thank you.

I got the text message to say my order was ready to collect. When I got to the store I found My order was no where in sight. Click and collect must have been broken as I had what seemed a lengthy wait till my order was ready. I can't fault the staff who were very helpful. Holmebase you need to fix your click and collect issue quickly as it didn't work this time.

Great service today in Blyth store by Janet. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile, willing to help and go the extra mile. Made my day!

The store is clean well laid out competitive prices and the staff are always helpful.

Anne B went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. I’d spent around £500 on two trips to the store on the same day and she was able to save as much money as possible.

On a general note I find the likes of B&Q silverlink too big and staff are hard to find and not that helpful. I always find that his Homebase store has everything I need and the staff are more than happy to help.

The ladies in store were wonderful when picking up today.

Homebase Blyth was amazing! Adam was a star helping me unbox the chair and get it into the car, as I had my young daughter with me. The chair quality is fab after buying from dusk where the chair quality was horrific. I love it!

Very poor online service. 15% discount not applied yesterday. Store unable to rectify.

Poor customer service. I went to buy another tin of paint but couldn't see what I needed, went to customer service and was told it could be discontinued or we could get some in but I couldn't tell you. I had to look on my phone to see if I could order a tin but found the they had two tins!! I eventually got mine. The assistant couldn't have cared any less. I wonder if this is another reason people shop online 🤔 if you don't want the job give it up to someone that might actually enjoy it and help the customers. The store had very few customers in, so she wasn't rushed off her feet.
