Homebase - Bicester Anmeldelser 

I used the click and collect at Bicester Homebase. The service was swift and efficient and I was served by a lovely lady called Mary.

Amazingly helpful staff when it was throwing it down with rain and I had two children and couldn’t get them into a trolley a member of staff very kindly went and got the topsoil that I needed loaded it onto a trolley for me and took it to the car, excellent customer service amazing team thank you so much

Pleasant and friendly staff

Brilliant service, ordered at 9 am and 15 minutes later it was ready to collect.
HOWEVER hose didn't come with instructions and didn't fit the tap.
The tap extension also had no instructions and didn't fit any tap.
All a waste of money

Using the click and collect service at the Homebase near me is always so easy and quick. Highly recommend.

The items were not available to order in store was most annoying having to ring every day to find out if item was in the country .

Re. Jon @ Homebase Bicester provided best in class customer service. Website showed plenty of lawn mower blades in stock (nearest stocked location) and travelled 20miles to find none on shelves. Jon went above (literally climbed stairs!) and beyond to locate the blades. Thank you.

Very straightforward ordering process with items available shortly afterwards. Would recommend.

Silage not turf! Purchased turf and brought it home and opened it immediately. It smelt dreadful!. It was nearly all black and dead. It was so decayed that is smelt of silage effluent. Phoned twice and then spoke to a very unhelpful young man. I am not willing to put this rubbish back in my car. Avoid! Never again.

No receipt. Rang the store and they said they would send one but still no receipt!

You sent me a response (below) and I have followed the link and that was absolutely use at all. It tried to link me to a chat bot but that didn’t work and then it gave me advice about VAT receipts but no way of getting a receipt. Absolute waste of time! I STILL DONT HAVE A RECEIPT

I put my order in overnight knowing they don't open till 8 am. 8.15 I got a message to say my order of several items was ready to collect. Very friendly person served me too.

Had an issue with my order but this was very quickly resolved by the store manager. Great customer service. Nice to know that some businesses care about and respond to customer complaints. Happy to recommend and use again.

Shopped in Homebase, Bicester. Amazing friendly lady , Leslie at checkout, and then a gent called Gordon offered to help me with my four bags of compost into my car!!!I didn’t accept his kind offer but was such a lovely surprise that there are still some great acts of kindness and fabulous customer service!! Thank you .

The lady who served me was so friendly and helpful. The staff there seem really nice. I picked up a garden sofa, which was easy to find as store seems well laid out. Happy with my purchase
