I like the user experience, the neat and tidy packages of focused workouts, the number of things I can do with just body weight. And the price point on products feels more than fair. Not to mention a stunning number of ‘freebies’.

The demonstrations of the exercises are helpful. The “ why” is emphasized as well as the “how”.

At first like with everything new i was hesitative but after following the off season program for one full summer i could see the progresses on the ice right away in the pre season and was finaly able to use my physical game in the proffessional hockey as well. Personally im the happiest about my shot power improvment which i couldnt figure out how to before this. Second but not last my speed went up considerably and thats all thanks to just one summer training plan along with following these guys's nutrition and healthy living advices. Cant wait to get better some more and get higher next season.

I have two great experiences as a VIP member. I play mens hockey and I also coach my twin boys squirt travel hockeyTeam.I am currently doing the Mens League Annihilation program and completed the first two phase 8 weeks,Starting phase 3. The results have been tremendous in strength flexibility and mobility. but clearly I have gained some speed on the ice and improved my conditioning.I have the squirts doing 2-3 off ice training sessions using the bodyweight program. Amazing how the kids were so sore but no surprise this generation spends way too much time on there butts playing video game. Needless to say the kids are doing great getting stronger faster but the best part is they are actually having fun. The fun part kicked in after training for a few weeks because in the beginning they were complaining how sore they were for days !!! Love the whole layout of workouts easy to watch videos and all the other knowledge that comes with including nutrition and many other things. Great investment. We just started the 2019 YOUTH HOCKEY TRYOUT TRAINING.

They have really made a difference in my game. The hip fix program is working wonders!

My entire family is benefiting from this program. It's excellent not only for hockey but for overall health and wellness. Myself (54), two sons (13 & 18) all play hockey and my wife uses it for workouts (body weight and yoga) and nutrition. My older son is playing his last year of high school and jumped into this program mid-season with noticable results. The high school season is short but intense and at mid-season, you can see performance in the kids drop. This is just what my son needed to not only stay healthy but pick it up to a new level.

Everything on HockeyTraining.com is clear and easy to understand for the lay-person. It has a vast array of training programs and extremely well written articles. If you want to develop as a hockey player and/or learn how to be more effective in your training, you've found your new home page. Full marks!

Once in, the information is super! Easy to understand, backed by a logical and educated process and practical! Highly recommend to anyone looking for sport specific guidance. The guys seems to be working hard and putting new information out consistently. Love the pod casts.

I won’t lie though. I almost didn’t check it out because the sales pitch is a little long winded, redundant and sounds like an infomercial. It wasn’t until I found info elsewhere that I decided to check it out.

My recommendation, have confidence in your product. Get rid of the infomercial marketing.

Your training videos/articles is what I was looking for.
I used to play hockey up thru my high school years. Military, married life had to put my game on hold, for many of years, when an individual at work ask me to play on his hockey team, at first I was hesitant, have not skated, my gear was old, my body was not in shape, I told him, let's see what my doctor says. Got good news from Doc, but slow at first, need to start a excerise program, so I found hockey training on the web, what great site, like I stated before everything I needed on one website. Hockey is not what it is to be. Your training website has gotten my body back in shape, lost weight, my lower/upper body great shape, Doc told me " whatever your doing keep it going."
Just want to thanks you guys what you have done for me. Keep up the good work.

Videos and print material are easy to follow and packed with great information. I love listening to the podcasts too. Coach Garner is very knowledgeable and relates the proven science back to why hockey athletes should train certain ways for the best possible results.

Awesome program! I play for AAA, but I was losing focus from hockey due to the video game phenomenon, Fortnite. This allowed me to regain my focus and drive. Also, the last few practices (only have used it for like 2 weeks) have been so much more successful.

Three weeks in and this program has already improved my men’s league play. I have more explosive skating and my week side power stop is almost as good as my strong side. This program was worth every penny vs getting a gym trainer!!!

I love these programs! I use them both for myself and my AAA girls team I coach.

As a "AAA" level coach I find plenty of useful material by utilizing HockeyTraining.com. that I apply to my coaching.

Everything has been great so far. Been following my program for about 1 month and enjoying the workouts and already feeling a little better on the ice. Emailed a couple of times and received prompt responses. Video demonstrations of exercises are very helpful.
The only thing that was a little annoying as a Canadian is paying a Canadian company in US dollars (and finding that out during checkout process). Having said that, I get that as a web based business, your market is international and you needed to pick a currency that is more relatable.
I would definitely recommend you guys. Solid content and you know what you’re talking about.
