Dan and Kevin are honestly the best coaches ever. Not only do they dedicate their time to the hockey community but they make their programs very affordable. I just got the off-season program this week and I am so thrilled with the content in my first two days. I am 14 and I can see how much time they both put into making the youth-offseason the best one. This is my first time on a program and they explain everything so well in the manuals. Any questions that I had about the program and even before I got the program, they always answer my questions with detail within 12 hours. I will give an update on my progress next season. Thanks, Coach Dan and Kevin.

It would be a little more user-friendly for an 11 year old if the Workout worksheets were actually digital, with the video next to the exercise instead of having to go back and forth.

I found this to be an excellent training exercise. The instructions are well designed and easily understandable. The exercises definitely target the ankles and developing increased mobility and balance while skating.

Extremely well thought out and detailed workouts, each component complimenting the next with cascading benefits. Excellent system!

Program is great so far. I have 2 sons and both are using it. If hockey ever starts up again it'll be nice to see the progress.

I enjoy watching the vidoes to fully understand how and why to do the specific exercises.
I would like to see more details on off season training for younger players.
My son is only nine so weight training is not an option for him. I also know that most kids stop playing hockey around 12-13 years old for a number of factors. If more training can be provided at an earlier age , then this might keep more players playing for life.

I am very happy with HockeyTraining.com. As a Phys Ed Teacher with a Personal Training Certificate that has been around the game of hockey for 40+ years, I truly believe they are the leaders in Hockey Specific Training.

I have created several programs for my ('Elite' Level Spring Hockey) children over the years; and have paid $60/hour for a trainer, but as a next step, I purchased the Speed program, so the brats can work on their speed goal during COVID times.

Creating a PROPER wholistic training program takes SEVERAL hours, and to me the 'cost/benefit' of simply purchasing this program was a no-brainer - especially with the stretching and yoga programs that many young players are not including in their training.

I ordered the hockey performance kit and the training posters. When I reached out to HockeyTraining.com about tips for having my son do them along side me Kevin gave me great ideas on what to do. Looking forward to receiving the kit and posters!

Excellent training for all specific hockey moves . My 10 years old kid enjoys the exercices and the way they are explained. He just started recently and we already see improvement. Great tool!
