hmv (UK) - Yeovil Anmeldelser 

Excellent service although I had to make 2 trips to collect my order as it wasn’t sent in in one package, series 5 arrived and series six at the following day.
So obviously would have been easier for me if they had been dispatched at the same time.

I have paid for a copy of the The Traving Willburys LP volume Three only to find it is out of stock, if had known that I would have obtained elsewhere it’s been sometime since I ordered it but have no update at all

They ordered me a DVD which arrived a few days later and they texted me - no issues with order or collection.

Yeovil branch staff are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
It is a valuable store to us customers so it must be kept 'up and running'.

DVD wouldn’t work all my other dvds work I had to go out of my way to take it back for to try and get it replaced then to they saying oh it can’t be delivered you have to come into store to collet it when I have payed for it to be delivered

Staff are always lovely and I've never had any problems there. Ordered a t-shirt from online to store pickup and it was ready super quick :)

My order was processed quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed on both despatch and arrival at the Yeovil store My order arrived sooner than expected so a first class service and experience all round

Checked online to see if stock was at the Yeovil store. When I got there I couldn’t find the vinyl I was after, asked one of the staff took me straight to the record. It was almost comedic how well he knew where everything was. Great service, would recommend.

Two great staff helped me over and above with two separate queries excellent customer service.
One man in particular he may be the manager he has been in the Yeovil branch for absolute years I wanted a certain cd for my Dads birthday he went through songs on his phone to help me and realised it wasn’t available yet but he recommended a different album which my Dad loved.
Nothing is ever to much for this member of staff he is always helpful & knowledgeable I will find out his name.

Team were very helpful in helping me locate an exclusive vinyl, the last of which was held back by a member of staff. Annabel kindly let me buy the one she had reserved which I was very thankful for :) very good customer experience!

Really helpful everyone in shop, go out of there way to help as much as can , and find any news about your ordered item .

Looking for specific vinyl and swapping a duplicate from Christmas with not gift receipt.
Didn’t question validity and swapped for a credit note which I used with help to order a specific vinyl that wasn’t in the store. This got delivered promptly via post. Very helpful and empathetic. Will shop there regularly. Great team.

Recently ordered a vinyl record from the site, coming from this store. Well packaged and somewhat quick delivery, small bend on top right of cardboard but I’m sure not the teams fault.

Everything from ordering to collection was made simple.

Reliable supplier of wide selection of CDs / DVDs. Earlier availability would be welcome, but not essential. Great store.
