Helpful staff
When the very helpful member of staff couldn't find the DVD I was after he ordered it for me with the option of home delivery or collection. I collected it three days later.

I buy a lot at Yeovil store rob the manager is amazing he knows we're everything is i calling him the beard of knowledge I ask for stuff and he takes me street there he also suggests music i might like and many times I've come away with 3 / 4CDs what ever your paying him it isn't enough ps love having

The team in HMV Yeovil were fantastic
The team in HMV Yeovil were fantastic . They helped us with every kpop thing we needed. I believe the gentleman was called Roly and he was amazing with my daughter.

Excellent service although I had to…
Excellent service although I had to make 2 trips to collect my order as it wasn’t sent in in one package, series 5 arrived and series six at the following day.
So obviously would have been easier for me if they had been dispatched at the same time.
