Sonic 3 dvd
Staff solved the problem with my click and collect order and quickly got on to head office to offer me a refund and then I bought the dvd again in store but did not have to pay twice as it was their error.

I had to order a dvd as well as buy two…
I had to order a dvd as well as buy two that were in store. The assistant offered to order in for me (I did not know this was a service you offered) it came quickly and I got an email when it was ready for collection

Replacement DVD obtained in store…
Replacement DVD obtained in store within the specified timescale. Unfortunately, the replacement was also faulty but was readily exchanged for a different DVD on 22nd February.
Excellent service from all staff who attended me on my visits.

Hi HMV! It was & always has been a pleasure to use your stores. The gentleman in the Bromley store was polite, efficient & helpful - that's refreshing these days.
The products are all good, I had to order a couple of things but that went smoothly too.
My reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is due to looking at some Beatles albums (cd) The prices of these were extremely high, £28 on average. I was going to buy the White album but not at that price. All the other cd's & dvd's were reasonably priced.
Still great stores, great company, will always recommend.
