I rented a car from Haraj Luxe Car Rental LLC and returned the vehicle on 16 March 2026 in proper condition. At the time of booking, I paid AED 1160, which included one-day rental, delivery charge, and an AED 1000 security deposit. I was informed that the delivery charge was AED 70 and no pick-up charge was mentioned.

After returning the vehicle, I was told that the security deposit would be refunded within 30 days as per the agreement. I followed up after this period and was asked to share my payment receipt, which I provided.

However, I was later issued a voucher showing deductions of AED 800 for pick-up charges and AED 210 for car wash. These charges were not clearly communicated or reflected in the payment receipt at the time of booking.

When I raised this concern, I was informed that these charges are mentioned in the agreement. However, this was not clearly explained or highlighted at the time of rental, and the information provided during booking was different.

Overall, I experienced a lack of transparency in communication and charges. I would strongly advise customers to ensure that all terms, especially additional charges, are clearly documented and understood before proceeding, and to keep complete records of all documents and communication. Because they are traitors and cheaters.

I am currently pursuing resolution through official channels.

They ask you for 1000 aed deposit give u dirty car and they never return your money .Manager Rehan speaks extremely rudely to customer and calls you to his office and is never present there . But I complained bout them in Dubai consumer and got atleast some amount from them...so pls COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM AND GET YOUR MONEY FROM THEM.

My experienced this company haraj luxe car if the service in social media are so gorgeous after I returned the car I’m disappointed I can’t take my deposit all.just other services or rules isn’t same before

They do scams they will make fake promises to you and later on their disappearing message is on so the chat will be vanished and then they will ask you to follow the contract they will deliver the car to you and tell you free of cost later they will deduct 280 dirham and car wash charges 210 thats their way of getting money out of people be aware everyone

This company has too much drama and very poor service. After you pay the deposit, they make you wait about one month to get it back after returning the car. Even then, they deduct many charges from the deposit. If the car is not washed or if you cannot return it directly to their office, they add extra fees. It feels like almost every small thing becomes a reason for them to deduct money from your deposit.

10 days before i rent a car in Haraj luxe rent a car , i want the car in morning but he said to me no problem you can take tonight the rent will start morning, then i said to them ok its fine , when the car get me I drive the car ac is not working i called them and ask ac is not working, then they said to me morning you can come to my office location i will give you another car, when i reach there office they are saying you’re time is up you don’t have car also i paid 1000 deposit 70 car charge now they are fooling the customer, don’t trust this company please:Haraj luxe rent a car

the social media teams explain as a sales talk but everyone should read a contract before signing that is a good option to be on safe path

Be Careful When Dealing with Haraj LuXe Rent a Car (fish roundabout, Dubai)

I had a very disappointing experience with Haraj LuXe Rent a Car. Before renting the car, the representatives who advertise their services on social media clearly told me that my deposit would be returned immediately once I returned the vehicle.

However, after I returned the car, I was suddenly told that I have to wait 30 days to receive my deposit. This was never mentioned beforehand.

Even when the driver delivered the car, I asked him many times about the return of the deposit. He clearly said that it would be returned once the car was returned. He was also writing very quickly on the receipt when I made the payment. I told him it was dark and that I was trusting him regarding what was written on the receipt. He replied, “No worries.”

Now, after returning the car, I am being told a completely different policy. This feels misleading and dishonest. Please be careful when dealing with this company.
