I honestly think this is a great company. The product really impressed me—my hair looks shinier and noticeably fuller, unlike others I’ve tried that never lived up to the claims. Everything arrived right on time too, which I really appreciate

Te presionan bien feo para que les compres sus productos te hacen descuentos según y hasta meses sin intereses, pero en realidad es una estafa y quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, me presionaron bastante la verdad es que una denuncia directo a la Profeco como es posible que estos establecimientos estén en los aeropuertos, Exijo mi reembolso y les regreso sus productos que no eh visto cambio y dudo mucho que sea el costo justo.

I am giving this review one star because of how aggressively and strategically they sell their products. I had no intention of buying anything since I was about to go home for vacation to the Philippines.

As I passed by their shop, one saleslady repeatedly offered their products, saying they were the best. I kept saying no, but then one after another, more sales representatives approached me. I felt pressured, and just to get away, I ended up buying one item. They then offered a free facial spa, which I accepted.

However, inside the facial room, there were 3–4 staff members again aggressively selling their products. One lady even came in with a POS machine, already assuming I would buy. I clearly said no, but because they knew I had a credit card, they kept insisting and told me I could pay in installments. I explained that I was not familiar with using my credit card for long-term installments, but the manager continued to pressure me and promised to teach me how to use it.

Everything happened so fast, and it felt very planned. In the end, they charged almost 80,000 pesos to my card.

The entire experience felt manipulative and scam-like, not professional at all. This happened last year at the KEDMA branch in NAIA airport. I strongly advise others to be very careful.

Prompt delivery. Good reduction in price. Good value.

Kedma products are AMAZING. I purchased mine at Garra Spas Columbus Mississippi. Foot and hand cream especially 24k gold hand cream. Will leave your skin hydrated and smooth. They also carry Body Butter, Salt Scrub, Men’s Aftershave Balm and All facial soap. Please go see them if you’re ever in Mississippi. This is the ONLY store that carries Kedma products 😊❤️

Pasé por la tienda y me mostraron el producto que desde que lo probé se sintió la calidad, y tuve la fortuna de que me hicieron una oferta con precios especial más regalitos.

Very disappointing products. The salt scrub did not last anywhere near as long as expected and feels overpriced for the quality. The facial soap left my skin extremely dry. Overall, the products did not meet expectations and were not worth the cost.

Always has great customer service!

The special deals are indeed very attractive. The delivery was fine. However, the order process is cumbersome and not always clear. Also, I was not able to change my billing address.
