Hitpay has allowed my customers to pay via PayNow which is a more commonly used payment mode now. As a trusted payment gateway, it means safe transactions for both customers and my business. “As a merchant, I have plenty of options for payment solutions. I switched to HitPay during the COVID period because I didn’t want to be tied down with an annual subscription, despite their higher fees. The payment process has generally been smooth, with timely transactions. However, the after-sales service needs improvement. As a small business, I feel like my concerns aren’t given much attention. I’ve encountered some issues and found their support unfriendly, and there seems to be a fee for assistance, which wasn’t clear when I signed up.
Additionally, I requested door decals to promote their services after relocating, but was disappointed to learn I needed to collect them in person during their office hours, which isn’t convenient. Occasionally, their system requires an update while I’m processing a payment in front of a customer, causing delays.
Overall, I’m giving 3 stars because the payments are reliable and smooth, but improvements in customer service and system efficiency would make a big difference.”
After almost a year finally replied to me and still no actual solution but instead was told to email them directly. I have moved on to AXS and HitPay is siting inside my drawer now. :(

on the rest, we hear you and want to make this right. after sales support should never feel unfriendly or unclear on fees, and that's not the experience we want any merchant to have. we'd also like to look into the door decal collection process and the mid transaction system update issue you mentioned, those are fixable operational gaps, not things you should just have to work around.

Easy integration and fast processing are very helpful. However, it is unfortunate that they do not provide recurring payment options or automatic card payments for membership.

Ease of Use and Prompt
Hitpay makes the store's in person retail experience very seamless. It is easy to use and payment of sales is very prompt. There is no clunky equipment to have to worry about either. Thumbs up!
